      i lived in the ****** apartments 1112 and paid them what they said i owed immediately. then i got a collections bill months later for a ***** amount like fifteen dollars. emailed them and got no reply. this needs to be taken off immediately

      We live at ************************* and have had extremely bad experiences with maintenance and management overall. Most recently we had mushrooms grow out of our bathroom and all maintenance did was spray some bleach around the area with mold and mildew right above where the mushrooms grew. When we contacted the property, they dismissed our problem right away, despite mushrooms growing inside being a clear sign of a bigger issue. They told us that this was due to high humidity and there was no leak, yet they never sent anyone to check if there was a leak in the first place, and for months we have been trying to get them to work on our bathtub because it was not finished correctly and we can tell there are cracks around it were the water is likely going in through. We have a dehumidifier in the bathroom that we pretty much run all day, we open the bathroom window regularly, and our AC is always running. We have also had a small leak under the bathroom sink and maintenance tells us that they can't fix it because they cannot see where the leak is coming from, despite us literally having a flower base catching the water for months. Our bathroom ended up flooding due to rusted faucet handle components and they did absolutely nothing to mitigate that situation. We had to take it upon ourselves to get an industrial dehumidifier to help with prevent water damage,

      On December 5th 2023 I ***************************** placed A maintenance order concerning the gaping hole in my garage and removed icemaker in my dysfunctional refrigerator. The garage has now been covered by me with at least two 80x80ft tarps to hold off the low temperatures in my apt home. This has impacted my electric bills adversely. With my continued timely payments of over 1900$ per month. My wife and I who are both senior citizens have adapted by purchasing heaters and modifications to adjust. After 3 attempts over the past 3 months I am being ghosted and ignored. I have put this complaint in writing and I have paid an unsuccessful visit to their office in late January. I was left a note concerning the door which was finally replaced in February. Back ground history is that this apt 210 was the location of a fire last winter 2022 and the garage and front doors were broken into by the ******* ***************** We simply wish for maintenance to perform their duties. We have not modified the rent, we transfered from apt 307 to apt 210 on Dec 1st. The Property Manager has approved this apt for move in prior to that date. I wit eased her In this apt with painters prior to move I o. December 1 2023. Our desire is to be made whole as I am paying extra for electric with the impact of the gaping hole in my garage especially during our past freezing nights and malfunction refrigerator due to ripped out icemaker that is non existent.

      I was a tenant/resident at *********************************************************************** (****************************** Townhomes) from *************. The service i received during my tenancy there was horrible. I could not get in contact with the leasing office, which is off site, for issues despite calling, texting, and emailing the office. After moving out, I never received my security deposit nor did I received an explanation of why despite providing a forwarding address. The only notification I received was a letter from a debt collection agency stating I owed $1501 to their company on behalf of ******************************. I have attempted to call them in September 2023, I left a message with no response. I attempted to call again 2/2024 with no response. I would like for the collection to be removed off of my credit due to improper notice procedures and lack of responsiveness from the company.

      I rented at the Renaissance villas from 11/2022-9/2023. After I moved out I received an itemized list of fees totaling over $1000 for damages including resurfacing the bathtub, countertop resurfacing, repainting, carpet replacement, etc. I immediately reached out to management and agreed to pay the fees I admittedly owed but disputed the fees for the bathtub, countertop, and painting. They painted the bathtub with regular paint as well as the sink! A properly resurfaced bathtub last ***** years. The countertop was also painted to appear to be granite. I spilled oil while cooking which caused the paint to wipe away. Finally, the paint in the apartment started to fade and there were a few small chips around the light switch which is normal wear and tear. After attempting for months to contact the property manager. I spoke to representatives from Cushman and Wakefield who agreed to remove the bathtub resurfacing fee because after seeing the pictures she agreed that I was not responsible for the damages. However, she couldnt remove the other fees and would have her manager give me a call back. Instead the sold the account to a collection agency and damaged my credit.

      I gave the element apartment 500.dollars as security deposit and they kept it all claiming they had to deep clean , carpet shampoo,light bill and other c*** even though I pay my rent for November 1st and I moved out on November 21st they only gave me 56.dollars back these people are crooks I only live there 2yrs from November 2021 ,until November 23 ,thank u I will appreciate ur help have a great day and happy holidays

      This company has committed fraud. I applied for one of their properties on 11/2/2023 and was told if I wasnt approved I would get my $500 back that I had to pay at the time I applied to hold the property within 30 days. I was not approved and it's been OVER 30 days and I still have not received my money back. They have also rented out the same property I applied for so why do I not have my money back? I have reached out to the apartment complex ******************* in ********, ** and I have also reached out to Cushman and Wakefield and NEITHER of them have responded to my inquires of why I have not received my money back.

      Since January,2023I have had continuous aggravated ************* and banging levels from upstairs #*** with unsatisfactory resolution with office, courtesy cop and regular Gwinnett authorities.       I have been living at ********* Commons for 3 years now and have gone through 3 different property management agencies. This is the most recent one. My lease ends today 9/20/23 and I have had extremely minimal contact from the manager. I have left voicemails, calls, texts all more than once. They finally sent over a new lease with no other communication but to the wrong property portal. I found one in my portal but with last years date. I emailed and called about that. Nothing. Our floorboards are falling apart and they had someone come measure my floors to replace them about 3 months ago, then never return. The maintenance request was closed out and completed on their end. I have asked to transfer to a different property under the same management, and they told me Id have to reapply and pay a new deposit, meaning its not actually a transfer. The communication with these people is very unprofessional and infuriating.

      ***** infestation at the property owned by Cushman Wakefield Address is: **************************************************************. I have had roached since I moved in in Feb 2023. They have been unsuccessful in getting rid of the roaches. They are still present in August 2023 while I still ***********. They also are negligent in ensuring all bathroom facilities are properly operating. Water is leaking, rodents are about, cockroaches are infested in the building and the company refuses to properly get rid of them. This is a public health hazard. I can not take showers here due to the shower being broken. I can not live here without cockroaches. I don't know what else to do. This needs to be resolved IMMEDIATELY.

      In response to this claim, the Claimant complained about a pest control issue.  ******************* immediately contacted the pest control company and began treatments. The Claimant was still unhappy with the results so property management released her from her lease. Additionally, her shower issue was repaired the next business day.
