I have a maybe two year old very expensive pellet stove that will no longer turn on. These stoves are way to expensive for the warrant in the electric part be only for a year. These things should have 30 year warranties making people pay that much money for one just to keep their family warm . Shame on you peopleComfortBilt

The customer service is worst I have ever had to deal with! There Technical support ticket is a joke! They couldn't resolve the issue and said they never heard of it and they take all day to get back to you. You can't talk to anyone there. One star is too high of a rating.ComfortBilt

Absolutely the worst pellet stove I've ever bought. **************** through email only. I can't even talk to a rep. ** stove is still under warranty. It's a year old and I've used it for 3 months. ComfortBilt has sent me many parts for free for me to replace and they still can't figure out the problem. I'm on a ComfortBilt Stove Technical Support on ********. There is other customers with the same problem and they have no answers. They say it's my electricity in the house which is bull! They don't answer my emails anymore. Time for a refund!ComfortBilt

My oldest son purchased my hp 22 last January 2023.. Since it was the dead of winter, we used my older stove till spring... Installed the new one and got it running.. Stove got hot but very little air blew out... Thought maybe it was since it was warm out, it wouldn't blow any..Fired it up in October and still no air... I called customer support and was told the air I felt was normal... Already disappointed, I bought a circulating fan to put next to it, to help circulate the heat... Last week, the temps here in NH got to zero and I couldn't get my house to get above 50... Wife is miserable, and no matter how many times I call support, I can't get anyone... Had to trouble shoot this on my own and found out the fan motor to the heater blower was seized... Called customer support again because this has been faulty since it was installed and still, no response... Unfortunately no pellet or wood burning stove companies near me had the matching motor. So I was forced to buy the entire unit. (Even though you can buy just the motor).. 3 days to have it shipped and delivered.. Ths was 7 days ago and I've yet to receive my parts that I shouldn't of had to pay for... If I was made of money I'd blow the **** thing to and go with another brand.. But unfortunately I had to use what I have... Might be a good stove, but between telling me the blower was fine and handling this properly back in October... I've had to figure out on my own that the stove is faulty, and I had to buy space heaters till this part finally comes in... Never again will I buy a comfortbilt ever again..ComfortBilt

The stove is okay. I purchased it November 2022. I've already had to replace the burn pot as it developed cracks. I was told that was normal by customer service at **********************. It definitely wasn't normal and it cracked to a point where it was no longer functional. This was literally A MONTH past the 1 year warranty. Next, the bearings went. The warranty states that steel parts, aside from the burn pot, are covered for 5 years. ******, the very ********* I spoke to was very insistent that they are not covered. I asked why they were not and he said, "CUZ THEY'RE NOT!!!". I need them because my year old piece of c*** stove sounds like a freight train so I guess I'll buy the **** things, but I won't buy, nor recommend this manufacturer to anyone. The customer service jerk needs a new job.ComfortBilt

The Burn Pot is covered for 1 year. The Burn Pots are not covered for 5 Years...This Stove was not purchased directly from ComfortBilt Pellet Stoves (SMG ******************************* We would be happy to provide the customer with a ******** pot if they could provide ** with the correct Date of Purchase which they never did. We also sent to this customer free of charge lubricant for the noise. We would be more than happy to take care of anything to do with a component failure. The Pellet Stove I purchased through Comfortbilt a year ago is terrible. They sent parts for the Auger and a new control board to me and told me I could fix it. I have had professional service in to install the parts, clean and now Im at the point that if I dont clean it daily it wont work. I have spent over *******, on the purchase, install. Service and a couple thousand dollars for pellets. They tell me its not the stove, that its bad Pellets or its not being cleaned properly! I have spent hours cleaning this to make it work . The service man told me these stoves are not good.ComfortBilt

The customer needs to provide us with the invoice from whom they purchased the stove from. They did not purchase the stove directly from ComfortBilt (SMG ****************************** We would be happy to provide the proper support with our technical team once we receive that information. We did send the customer parts at no charge. It is entirely possible that the stove needs to be properly cleaned and is not a component breakdown. They can call us at ************ Option 3.Review fromDavid P

1 starHP61 was installed last winter. I have had nothing but problems with it. I can count on about 4 Low Temperature Errors daily. With every error the stove shuts down. The service tech was working with me to resolve the problem. Several things were tried or replaced. But everything we tried did not fix my problem. Then the service tech stopped all communications with me. I sent more info to him but he just ignored my emails. Apparently ComfortBilt has no interest in fixing my stove. My stove is still less than a year old and not fixed. I spent $2300.00 for a piece of junk.Review fromRaymond L
