    On Monday (December 6,2022), my 2014 Jeep Cherokee would not move into gear. I called the dealership, ******* **** ****, to get warranty company out for a tow to their shop. I was alerted via text message twice during the day that towing company was coming to my home. Jeff's towing company arrived at 7:30pm with tow. After loading my vehicle, he went to ******* **** ****. He stated lot was locked up and he couldn't drop off my Jeep. He gave me the options of towing it back to my home; leaving it in a vacant lot at a shopping plaza or taking it to his shop for the night and delivering it in the morning. I agreed to taking it to his shop and I would pay $65 for overnight storage. Thinking my vehicle would be safe. Tuesday, December 6, 8 am, I called warranty company. Ellen, an employee there, talked to Jeff 's auto. Jeff's auto refused to tow my truck to dealership and wanted more money. He stated that impounded my truck. He wanted a total of over $309. When another tow truck company, which was dispatched by warranty company, went to pick up my truck. Jeff's towing wanted another$150 to open the gate at a storage facility. Not am impound. He parked my truck next to campers in a storage unit that he rents. I did call the police. They stated it is a civil issue which I will be following up. The warranty ended up paying the $150. They are also investigating Jeff's towing. He is a scammer and a fraud. I am expecting the"impound" fee to be reimbursed.

    Jeff is a crook out to lie, scheme and take your money.... My daughters truck blew up in Feb. or Mar. of 2020. Jeff told us he was a professional Ford mechanic and fixed all the local dealers Fords. Sounded GREAT! We told him we wanted to go ahead and put in a new crate motor in her truck so it would last her awhile, $3,000 motor with 3 year warranty. He told us while he had it the the truck had 6 computers, 1 had to be "married" to the engine, so he shipped it to Texas to get programmed. Took 5 months to get truck back with lies and excuses daily. When the computer was being shipped back it took 3/4 weeks to get here, went from Texas to Las Vegas to Louisiana, got stranded there because of a hurricane that went through a month prior supposedly.... Got the truck, picked it up at a storage unit, never told us where his shop was to pick up motor. Paid him almost $6,000 in the end. Last month (Feb. 2022), 18 months after we picked it up - her motor blew up AGAIN!!! We called him to get the warranty, he told us it only had a year warranty. LIES!!! We've decided to quit messing with him, he's just gonna lie and not gonna help us. We pulled the motor ourselves last week in our shop, plenty of antifreeze and oil in it, bearings and pistons broke all to pieces. REBUILD stickers all over the motor. NOT A CRATE MOTOR WE WANTED INSTALLED. He refuses to give us receipts to where he purchased the motor. Said the warranty was through him personally, not where he bought the motor. This man should NOT be allowed to do business anywhere. He is a crook. I wish I wouldn't have trusted our roadside assistance to send us an honest person, hard lessons learned. We should've done our homework and would have seen he has poor ratings and negative reviews. We should've gotten EVERYTHING in writing. Hind sight though, never again.
