    We had flooring put down and paid for it the day the job was completed. Even when specifically asked if we needed to use leg protectors we were told no. We were assured it was VERY durable and they weren't needed. As time went on we began to notice some issues here and there. The worst spot is in from of the fridge where there is no furniture. My wife contacted one of the owners (costa) and from the beginning either wouldn't text back at all or would never give her a time that he would come look at it. After a couple months of this I texted him and told him that we were tired of being lied to and it was obvious he wasn't going to do anything about it and that I was going to leave negative comments on all of the company's social media and file a complaint. He told me that he didn't care about area anymore because he lives two hours away now. I still have the texts confirming all this.

    Mr. ****** was never a client of Costa & Cortes Custom Flooring, LLC. This business opened August 5, 2021.  Had this company been involved, we would have made every effort to make things right with this client, or any client.  His complaint states that he had the flooring for a year and then noticed issues.  This may have been an installation by ****** Costa personally before he had a business.  Mr. ****** never once contacted Costa Cortes Custom Flooring for any issues with his flooring. We will be glad to help Mr. ****** with any future projects if needed.

    When we purchased the flooring from ****** Costa we went to the building and chose the flooring material. We were lead to believe that he was an employee or representative of the organization. It seems that we were deceived by ****** Costa.
