I took my dog to day care here for multiple years. Last summer (July 2024), they notified us that they were abruptly closing due to the building being sold. As I had purchased a daycare package earlier that year (purchased in April 2024) & had unused days, I was concerned about getting my money back. The owner, ****** *******, ensured that we would get our money back but it would take her a few weeks to get everything in order. I even gave her my new address (since we were in the process of moving to another state at that *********** ensured that we would be refunded. We are now 7 months later & it is radio silent on her end. My *********** have tried every possible method to contact ****** to get her to pay the debts she owes us but we have received zero response. Completely unprofessional & illegal to take people's money without providing the services you promised. I will be filing a suit in small claims court in hopes that will get ****** to respond & finally refund everyone that she promised.

I have unused boarding nights that I purchased from the company as a package for my dog ****** I need the company to give me an accounting of the remaining unused boarding nights and refund me what I am owed. I am not able to reach them. They do not answer the phone. Initially, they stated on their website that they lost their lease ( without any warning to me ) and we would be notified of the new location. Apparently, they are permanently closed.

This business decided to shut its doors at the end of August or during the first week of July. I cant tell anymore because they deleted their ******** page that stated when they found out they would be closing. We had bought multiple daycare packages and boarding packages that did not expire. We also had a full week of boarding booked July *****. We had previously gotten email communications about closing or bookings being filled. We had not received ANY communication from this business about them closing. We had only found out because my wife coincidentally found their post on ******** while looking for something else. Neither one of us use ********, but she was looking something up. If not for that we would have had no idea that the place where we had a week of boarding booked in three weeks was closed permanently. We still have not received a single email, call, or text about them being closed permanently and receiving refunds for the very large packages we bought for daycare and boarding. They deleted their ******** so they cant be reached there and arent responding to their instagram, calls, or emails. They have gone dark with everybodys money who bought packages. Its been over a month since they closed. This is not how business should be conducted no matter the circumstances. Im not even asking for my money immediately, I just want it communicated to me that they are not just walking away with everyones money.

Bought a 5 day pass for dog boarding. Used 3 of the 5 days. Had Prepaid for a reservation for July 13th and 14th. Showed up to drop off my dog for boarding. No sign on the building that the business had closed. No e-mail or phone call from the business letting me know. Did some online research and saw on the business ******** page that the owner stated the building was sold, and they had to close. Have tried to contact the owner for a refund via E-mail, ********, and LinkedIn. Owner is ***************************. Very upset that I had to go find a new place to board my dog on the day of my vacation departure. My dog also got sick at the new place we boarded her.
