  Rodas Construction might just be one of the best companies weve ever worked with. Since my husband and I are both in the home improvement industry, we are very particular about home projects and Rodas by far exceeded every expectation we had. We originally met with **** (who is wonderful to work with) for our roof and we were so pleased we decided to finally take the next step in having our house repainted and our front staircase rebuilt. ********* and his crew had the utmost respectful of our home, came every single day (weekends too) until the job was done, had such attention to detail and overall were a joy to have around our home. **** also stayed in constant contact with us, kept us in the loop as far as progress made and what to expect next and always advised on what was best for us as homeowners instead of selling us on what worked best for him. The company as a whole just does right by people. After seeing firsthand how other construction companies out there operate (because we did vet several), Rodas Construction truly is a 5 stay company that gives a 5 star experience to homeowners. The biggest thank you to **** and ********* for making a big home project truly enjoyable. We couldnt be happier with how everything turned out.

  Thanks to ************************* at Rodas Construction for helping ** work with our insurance company to make repairs after a tree fell on our house, put a hole in our roof, and damaged our deck.We had originally planned to work with a different contractor, but that person couldn't do the immediate roof tarping needed when a tree put a small hole in our roof and a hurricane was coming in the next few days. I reached out to Rodas Construction, and **** came out the same day to do the tarping and saved ** from almost certainly getting more damage with the oncoming storm. After a few more weeks (with the tarping holding ** beautifully), our original contractor fell through, and **** with Rodas was ready to step in and work with our insurance company to get the work done. Once the final work was planned and the with help from **** to negotiate with insurance, the Roof was complete in one day, Deck was done in two days. Crews were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly and talked through the work with me even after ****** initial planning with me.Thanks for a job well done!

  I just had my roof completely replaced and worked with *************************, who was my consultant and project manager. He was with me from start to finish, from reviewing my needs, taking a ton of pictures to show the many issues i had, preparing an estimate, helping me with the financing, setting the date and getting the "A" roofing team out here. They only took 2 days and did a fantastic job, including cleaning up at the end of each day. **** was always available to answer any questions I had and to ensure I understood the process of removing the old and replacing the new. He came to my house after the roofing team was done to make sure I was completely satisfied with the results and to answer a couple of questions I had. He assisted with filling out the bank completion certificate since it was not coming up on my computer. Before he left, he went around the house with his magnet to find any nails that might not have been picked up by the roofing team before they left. I might add the team spent a great deal of time trying to find all the nails that they could. I am more than pleased with the job done by **** and the roofers and have already given Rodas Construction's name to a couple of others and I told them that they needed to ask for ************************* as the person they should set up an appointment with.

  We were looking for a contractor that could help with a list of projects needed on our home, including porch and deck rebuild, new roof, new gutters, rot replacement and full exterior repaint. When we first contacted Rodas, they had someone come out right away to help understand our needs and price the projects. We wanted one contact to work with that would help coordinate all the steps. When we first met with the Project Consultant, he knew what to look for and what to ask to get a very detailed estimate together. He also communicated where there may be additional things they might need to address and over the course of the entire project was very clear with updates on any changes in that estimate. We really appreciated his expertise when discussing options. We also really liked that he remained our main point of contact throughout the project. Our main priority was quality and the crews that came out to the house did really nice work. We were really happy with how everything came out. We also liked that the co-owners visited the site to ensure the project progressed and the work was up to their standards. One of the co-owners touched base with us when he came out on sight multiple times. It was great to find a company that really cares about their customers and the service they provide. We would definitely recommend Rodas and plan to use them again in the future for other projects.

He was professional and helpful and worked with us throughout the process to ensure that the project was completed timely and efficiently.   We had an excellent experience with Rodas Construction and especially our project consultant **** ********. From start to finish **** kept us updated on the process and even offered suggestions to improve the project. The installation team was very professional and did very high quality work. I highly recommend Rodas Construction for your home project needs.

  Working with **** ******** (Project Consultant) at Rodas Construction was simply "easy". Once he and I agreed on what needs to be done, how much, and by when, and he got it done. Throughout the project, **** kept me apprised of the progress through photos and text even when I was out of town on a business trip so I was at ease that things are rolling along even in my absence. Even post-completion, **** was very responsive in remedying a few minor fixes on timely basis. Must say I was rather happy with the whole experience. Thank you ****.

  This is the 2nd time I've used Rodas Construction with the same amazing results. I would highly recommend them for any roof project as well as siding now. **** ******** did an amazing job as the Project Manager coordinating the siding, window, and gutter replacement I had done. The crew was here every morning by 7:30am and the entire house was re-sided, had new windows, new gutters, and all the other small items outside replaced and painted in 1 month. Everyone working at the house was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They stick by their word and come back to fix anything that isn't exactly as you expected it. There were even things **** had the crew fix that I didn't notice. I am beyond happy with the result and the price! Thank you **** and everyone else at Rodas who made it happen!
