      Horrible service. We are on week 3 now of them simply refusing to uphold their side of our contract which we have already paid for. They will guarantee a pickup then continually fail to do so. PICK ANY OTHER TRASH COMPANY.

      Fired, moved on to a more service and professional company. This company will self destruct, losing customers daily. There are 2 other privateer companies who do it professionally, unfortunately, because gfl ***** they have reached full capacity.

      This company is horrible. If you have other options in your area, please choose another company. They missed picking our trash up for 3 weeks. Offered to pick it up within 48 hours but of course was a no show.

      Their service is horrible! Every pick-up they leave more trash and recycles in the street that I must pick up. And it's not because my can is overflowing - it's because their truck is overloaded and debris falls out into the street OR... it just falls out before it can get into the truck because of a crappy loading system. Happens EVERY time! We currently have our recycled pick up, but I am cancelling. It's less trouble just to take it myself to the center at ******************************************************************************. Recycling Convenience Centers/Hours 7AM-7PM Mon/Sat; 1PM-7PM Sun

      In early June, I submitted a cancellation via mail shortly after I sent an email on the company website. I was quickly prompted that cancellation couldn't occur without a phonecall. I immediatly gave a second written response that I was unable to make a phone call due to vacation however I had sent a prior wrtten notice which should be sufficient. Despite my efforts, I received two phone calls asking for my service payments. At this point, I made TWO calls to customer service and waited on hold for over ten minutes each time to only be disconnected both times. My trash and recycling cans are still awating to be picked up out front of my house. I spoke directed to the service operator after hearing him call the dispatcher to report that I had indeed canceled my service. There are at least four other house on my street experienceing the same poor customer service as I am.

      Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with. Haven't had my garbage picked up in four weeks. In the four years I've been with them they have now missed thirteen pickups. I don't just mean late a day or two, I mean never picked up until the following week. Very rude people on the phone and they keep billing me full price in spite of the missed services. The state attorney general's office should be looking into them for breach of contract by charging for services not rendered.

      Their website is a painful maize. I wanted to pay and was confronted with a blank page. Then they explained after lengthy search to set up e billing - what I do not want to be able to pay the bill ****** was no button to change the autopay bank account. I had asked to remove my husband from the account and they did not do that. He is listed the primary and does not own the house nor is paying any bills.

      Terrible company. Pick up whenever they feel like. We had no pickup for a month and no communication or credit from them. Do not use them!

      I live in a condo at The **************** in ***************. GFL has not picked up our recycling bins in two weeks and they have failed to pick them up in the past as well. GFL is one of the worst and least reliable companies I have dealt with in 40 years.

      Terrible trash service. They bought out the trash company I previously used when I went to make a payment online it never posted to the account. Thats their problem not mine. After 15 days I get a letter from a debt collector even though I have proof on my banking app that it was paid in full. I called and was forced to wait on hold for ***** minutes each time. The best answer I got was well call the shop to pay next time not on our online app. Who has time to wait on hold to pay a 75 dollar trash bill. The drivers are also not the best. I have had bags of trash (that were in the can when I left for work) left on the ground because they missed the bucket on the front of the truck and they were too lazy to get out and pick it up. Would not recommend them at all.
