    Roof steppers did the job right for half the price quoted by a competitor. ******* was a good communicator working with insurance company after they initially denied a claim following wind damage to my roof sustained while my house was on the market. He stepped in to ensure the damage was accurately reported and made sure the damaged roof was replaced prior to closing. He was on site the entire time the project was being completed to ensure a quality install. He even upgraded the roof over what insurance was paying. I will definitely call Roof Steppers in future for my roofing needs.

    As a real estate agent, finding a reliable and professional contractor is crucial. I have find my guy! After dealing 6 weeks with the home insurance and another roof contractor, all while getting denied, I called in ******* for a second opinion. ******* came in with a reasonable quote, presented his findings to the insurance company and within two weeks my clients have an outstanding new roof! *******s quick attention to detail helped save the deal!     I had total roof replacement following hail damage. ******* ***** crew were excellent from beginning to end! ******* provided such thorough interaction between insurance coordination, explaining the entire process with detail that made it a very positive result!     Roof Stepper is better than any other business with whom we have worked. Houston is thorough, professional, and ethical. He knows the business. He helped us deal with the insurance, explained in detail the process from inspection to install, reviewed the paperwork with us, and always responded quickly to any questions we had. His crew was fast, neat, and always on time. We never felt hustled.There was an error with the insurance checks that took weeks to rectify and we were panicked, but ******* assured us it would be fine - and it was. This company is great and I highly recommend them.

    Roof Stepper did an entire roof replacement for our home. ******* was very friendly, thoughtful, and very detailed from the beginning, and he made sure we were educated on all aspects of what he was going to replace. His quote was very detailed and stood out from the competition. The crew was very professional and their cleanup skills were phenomenal.
