Custom Copper and Zinc had walked out from the job site on our residential home without completing it. We are stuck with the materials and unfinished project, and request resolution. We contacted Custom Copper and Zinc (CCZ) to request a quote for siding replacement with zinc material on several sections of our primary residence. Custom Copper and Zinc is ************ companies in ************** who works with zinc and can provide quality installation of this material. On October 20th, 2022, CCZ emailed us a quote for labor and materials. On 10/28/22 1st half of the payment for materials was made, and on 11/14/22 the remainder of material payment was made. We paid in full for the materials for the entire project with an intent that the project will be completed in full. The crew started working on the project on 11/7. We have been given 8 weeks time frame for the completion of the project by CCZ. CCZ started working on the project in sections. By 11/22 ( 2 full weeks into the project ), 1/4 of the entire project should have been completed ( based on the timeline given by CCZ ). The entire project was to cover **** ** of siding with zinc panels, removing previous wood siding, and placing plywood under the zinc. The crew did not show on 11/22, and CCZ had called the police reinforcement to come by and pick up all the equipment they had on site. Only 450 ** of siding was removed, and replaced with plywood. NO zinc panels have been installed by that time. We paid for the entire **** ** of zinc material, and no zinc panels have been installed. We request the project to be completed.
