    DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I bought a used vehicle from them. They said it works great and that the previous owner put a lot of money into the vehicle. ****** after buying it I found out it had transmission issues. I called the company to work it out and they told me basically it's my fault not their problem and call the warranty company. Zero help or accountability for selling a car with a broken transmission.

    Concern and complaint for 2 weeks, the owner did not get in touch with me at all. Now I am having to seek legal action!

    After dealing with several major dealerships, in the ******* area, which had no desire to listen to me or help me in my situation, I reached out to Cardinal. This turned out great as ******* (Sales **** listen to me and was eager to help me find what I needed within the price range I had. The selection was far beyond what I could have imagined with cars in great condition and very competitive pricing.The experience was wonderful, fast, easy and within budget. NO PRESSURE SALES! I would recommend Cardinal Auto Sales to any and every one.

    First off, I Took the day off of work to complete a cash deal for a car. It was not initially a cash deal but they agreed to have me meet with the owner / manager **. I was more interested in paying in full for a better price due to the interest rate being so high.After spending sometime with him he printed out a bill of sale with the total amount that we agreed upon. Later, this deal was reneged.I waited 4 hours for someone to find the missing key Once the key was found, I went to get the car inspected by my mechanic. My mechanic did not have an extension to test the ac which was not working properly. Initially, I was told by the dealership that it was probably just the Freon. Mind you this car was already inspected through the dealership.Moving on, when I got back to the dealership, I was on the phone purchasing the insurance sitting in ************* he interrupts my phone call to say When I brought this 11k cash into AJs office this wasnt enough, Its the total amount PLUS all these extra fees that was not discussed nor was it on the Total amount on the bill of sale . When I asked to speak to **, (the man I did the deal with,) I was told by **** he is to busy with other customers. **** saw my frustration and I guess went to talked to ** again, **** comes back in as he gathers all the paper work and he states the deal does not exist anymore, the compressor doesnt work and we have to fix it . It will cost too much and this deal just doesnt make sense anymore. So now after 2 inspections, Im being told the compressor doesnt work? **** was unprofessional, I felt like he didnt try to help just keep saying I told you so he kept going on and on about how I told you before you got here that your cash price would not you get you a discount but as soon as I walked in he directed me to AJs office to make a cash deal and A deal was MADE!!!Owner didnt even try to come and rectify a single thing . Lol place is a joke. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!

    We had a great experience buying a car for my son. I felt that they were very transparent about the various costs with the sale and everything lined up with my own online research regarding dealer fees. Cardinal was on the low end for the dealer fee. Also, I was not pressured regarding the add-on service plan options. I would purchase here again and would highly recommend them.
