    I have been renting from this company for a number of years without and issues.Today June 20, 2024 the manager ***************************** told me he could not rent to me anymore because the owner ********************* marked my account undesirable because I bonded out a client that has stolen a skid steer from then that hasn't been returned.Let me mind you I'm a licensed North Carolina Bail agent that's been in business for 10 years. My bail bonds business has nothing to do with my rental contract with Halifax Rentals.I have been violated at the highest point there is.Something will and has to be done about this.I'm missing jobs after the manager know I was coming in today to rent an excuvator for a local government project. I had the ******************************** in site as well as an attorney on the phone.

    I paid this company in full for equipment for my daughters wedding that was originally set to take place in June 2022. We had to postpone the wedding with no determined future date at the time. i requested to cancel the contract and get a refund of my $4600. To date i have failed to be refunded and the owner is again unavailable as it appears that he is the only person that can process this refund. We are not over a month in attempting to get my money back
