Ordered a product and was informed it would be 3-4 weeks due to backlog, once 4 weeks had passed I emailed and asked for a status update. Was informed that there was still a back log but should ship soon. 3 more weeks later I emailed and asked for another update. The response came a few days later, and in the response I was informed that my product would ship "right away". After another week (14 weeks after ordering) I refuse the order be canceled. I have emailed and messaged (using the website chat agent) daily for a week strait and have had no response from the company.Customer response

On July 18, 2022, I ordered 2 sight mounts on JT Defence web site and paid $224.34 incl. tax and shipping. The site noted 3-4 week backlog. On September 14 (approx. 8 weeks since order), after several previous failed attempts to contact JT Defence I finally e-mailed owner. On September 15 the owner responded he could ship one of the mounts, but the 2nd was not available at that time. On September 16, I replied back to him requesting he ship the available mount and refund my card for the remainder of unfilled order. He never replied back so I followed up with another e-mail to him on September 20. As of today, September 26, I have not recieved a response concerning my order.Initial Complaint

On 10/30/20 I purchased a product from **********. Its been 13 days with no shipping information or any contact by **********. I contacted ( sent 3 messages ) to ********** asking about a projected shipping date and/or an order update. I've called several times and the phone is always busy.. My card has been charged the amount of the product and my account order info has not been updated since 10/30/20 when I made the purchase. I order a red dot mount from this company. Website states products are shipped within 48 hours of payment. It's been almost two weeks. I have tried contacting them through email, ********* phone and there own chat software on there website with no response. This is not any way to treat a customer after you have received there payment. I would like to have had my product. I ordered a Red Dot Optic mount from JT Defense on November 15, 2021. The cost of the item, including tax and shipping was $107.90 and was charged to my Visa card. I understood from their website that there was a backlog of orders and I would have to wait a bit to receive the mount. It is now seven months later and I have not received the mount. I emailed the company in February or March and received a reply that indicated that I would be placed at the top of the list and the mount would be shipped shortly. It is now May and I have received nothing.
