*** had this account for a few years and they have completely replaced their app 3 times. Completely deleting settings, billers, and requiring password resets to get back into my accounts. The last update made it impossible to transfer money electronically out of my account. I had reached out several times via text and tried to resolve this. At some point they added ***** to their system and I attempted to use it to transfer my money. The whole thing locked up on me and I couldnt get to my money again. I reached out again via text and explained my issues with their establishment and requested that my accounts be closed and automatic transfers from my paycheck to be stopped. This was ignored as they explained how I caught them in the testing phases of integrating Zelle. There was no communication sent out advising bank members not to use this feature before hand. I reached out several more times attempting to close my account in text and leaving a voicemail on their phone. They have completely stonewalled me on text and never returned my phone call. Its been over a week since Ive heard from anyone. They owe me $25.44 from both my accounts as I was able to withdraw the rest of my money that wasnt tied up in a saving account. I want my accounts closed and I want my money.
