    I took my Lincoln in for a diagnostic for failure to start. Scheduled 8 am appointment. Left car at dealership the day before so it would get immediate diagnostic. At 10:30 I called to check on service. They had not run diagnostic. Around 11 am, I receive email with cost of replacing the battery. The email also stated I needed an engine air filter, though I had changed that myself two months ago. I declined that on the phone. I agreed to price of battery replacement by phone. The job was not completed until 5:30. Nine and a half hours to replace a battery.! The kicker was when I went to pay, the charge was $200 more than the quote from the email. Clerk said the estimate did not include installation. The estimate clearly stated that the cost was battery and installation. There was an added miscellaneous charge for 35 for no stated reason. This is not the first time for shady estimates from this dealership. No manager available to discuss. ***** this dealership and service department at all costs. One star is too generous.

    Took our 2019 ****** 4 Runner to have the door on the driver's side repaired. Door would not open using the key fob and the head lights were out of adjustment and we were told that there were aftermarket lights on vehicle. The low beam lights were shining down at the ground and could not see ahead of you at night. They had our vehicle for a week and was not communicating with us about the progress of repairs. My husband spoke to ******* (service writer) and could not get any satisfaction, so we requested to speak to the service manager (****). We did not get a call or text from **** at all. We were called to come and pick up vehicle that it was ready and when we got there the door handle was broke on vehicle and we could not get into vehicle using the key or key fob. The lights had not been fixed either. ******* even told us that it was hard to get the technicians to work on things. I was told by ****** that about all of their techs were out with the flu and the ones that were working were not dependable. We were not told about this until we went to pick up our vehicle. Words were exchanged due to **** talking to my husband in a condescending manner. **** asked how he knew that lights were shining down during the daytime. My husband did say because I drive it at night you big dummy. It went south from there and we were told to take our broke vehicle and get the * off of his lot and to never come back that if we did, he would call the police to ****** us off of property. We went in and requested to speak to the store manager, and he got involved and still did not get anything resolved. To make a long story short we have a broke door handle and can't get into our vehicle without crawling over the passenger seat to open door.

    I would give Classic **** 0 stars because they do not honor the contracts. My husband and I bought a 2022 Lincoln Aviator from them and with it an extended prepaid maintenance plan that cost us ******. On our paperwork it states that it is good for 36 months and 4 oil changes. They only honored 1. They do not honor their word. I will not do business with Classic **** or recommend them to anyone.

    If I could rate them as a negative stars I would. I had an appointment to purchase a truck that was in transit. I was not told, nor did the website show, that the listed price was going to be up-charged $10,000 more than the sticker price because these trucks were hard to find. I would have purchased the truck if that were the sticker price, but did not appreciate being lied to. Spent 2 hours driving to and from the dealership....what a waste of time.

    I wish I could give them "0" star but "1' star is the lowest you can rate!!!DO NEVER EVER STEP A FOOT TO THAT DEALERSHIP!!!!!They sold me a Lemon and instead taking it back after 3 months as agreed ( not a trade in) they sold me a never Truck - the finance manager and the sales person came to my construction site to deliver the truck where I had no electricity and forced me sign the paperwork in flashlight. The lemon was trade in in the contract.I went to the dealership several times the General manager was always busy in meetings or at lunch and never returned calls!!!!! There was also documents that had not my signature on it ( I found that out when I requested copy of my documents).I have been fighting this since covid but the dealership is changing general managers and finance managers like hot cakes, you can never get any problems solved since they always blame the previous manager. I can't sell the truck since no one will pay the amount is owed. If I sell the car I will still owe them about 20k. Do not buy from that dealership!!!!!!!!!! I also called **** headquarters several times.. they told me if the dealership doesn't want to work with me they can't help **** WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND ANY CONSUMER TO SPEND THEIR MONEY AT THAT LOCATION!!!!!!!
