            I purchased clothes on ******** and received the items. The items were not as stated (said it was a sweatshirt soft and it was not thick or sweatshirt soft). I asked for a refund as it clearly states on their website they allow returns with a fee which I agree to. They then said before they sent me the return label, I will need to PAY for the fee AND return label prior to getting the label and then sending back my item. So I am being double charged for everything in hopes I get my money back once they get the item back. They said because it was purchase thru ******** that is their policy however that is not stated on their website.

            I placed an order with this company. I emailed and contacted them requesting to cancel this order right after it was placed. I did not receive a confirmation for this cancel, so I reached out again.A few days later I received a notice that this package was shipped. I also was tracking it; the shipment went out after I requested the cancellation.I will be traveling for 3 weeks and due to late shipping was not home to receive this package.I have requested the company to have the carrier pick up this package, and I put in a delivery refusal request. This package was still delivered. I am requesting this package is picked up by the carrier to initiate this refund as I will not return for 3 weeks. Thank you.

            The website advertised an additional 40% off of sale items. I went to check out and they would not honor the promo code. I sent a text and they still would not honor the code. They admitted that is was a problem and they were trying to fix. In the meantime I said they need to honor the advertised deal and they refused.

            I spent $40 on a cheaply made "Merry" sweatshirt. I ordered it in a large, and it came and is form fitting. It's nowhere near the correct size despite being labeled as such. When I reached out to return or exchange for a different size or another item, I was told by a customer service representative that because it was holiday they didn't have to return or exchange. There is nothing on my receipt or at the time of purchase on the website said that clearly. It's tucked into the last line of their return policy which I find unfairly deceptive. I purchased through shop pay. So now I'm stuck with this overpriced, unflattering sweatshirt I can't even wear. They never even responded to my last email. I was shocked that a business would want a customer to be so unhappy with their brand and would do nothing to remedy the situation. Buyers beware! I would never shop here again because of my unimpressive experience. I see they aren't bbb accredited and based on a similar complaint I read, perhaps this is why.
