ZERO STARS! Billed me for services rendered the previous year; 9 months ago and 5 months ago. They stated that my insurance paid late and they dont send bills over the holidays. I got home and opened the bill to their discounted rate and contacted my insurance to see if this is a scam or if they were billed at all (bill had a place you could write your credit card info and send in mail) ?? They were billed, on top of what I had paid and I had a balance that Aspen Dental should have sent immediately (not the next year). I had a tooth pulled or should I say it should have been just the tooth. The Dentist was not patient and aggressively ripped my tooth with the bone connected to it which resulted in me having a panic attack and had to be driven home. I went to the site to pay the discounted bill and they said that was a promo thats no longer valid. Kind of like sorry your bill was sent late pay in full and well give you $30 off. I contacted them and to no surprise sorry, I cant change it was the response. I regret ever going to this dentist and should have looked at their reviews because the Dentist is known for his aggressive tendencies and the entire company for billing issues and fraud. The people in the office seem nice, however after I paid for my dentures, they gave me the temporary ones and at this point it's been a couple of months. They have not attempted to contact me; I've been by the office and was told they will call whenever they get them in. Oh well no big deal we have your money is what I feel like they are saying to me. I would not recommend Aspen Dental and have no intention of ever giving them anymore of my money.
