If I could make this place 0 stars I would. ***** ****** (MD) was very disrespectful and rude to me and then walked right out of the room. If he is your doctor, I HIGHLY recommend switching to a didferent MORE RESPECTABLE doctor. I was insulted (of my AGE) and condemned (because I smoke). I carried vison insurance through VSP and medical insurance through ********** blue shield. My vison insurance has free routine eye check and medical insurance has any preventive checkups free of charge.My wife took my son for a regular eye check up to CEENTA. At the time of appointment no one mentioned us that ****** does not take VSP as insurance.We found out only after a bill from CEENTA that they do take VSP insurance.****** said they will only send the claim to ********** blue shield and hence the bill.I tried talking to the business operations team in CEENTA that they are not responsible for it and I need to pay the bill.One more thing is that the yearly (2023) test results for my son came out clean at CEENTA.A test done in 2022 and 2024 in another facility in **** and ************** shows that he has myopia and astigmatism. I feel that they did not perform the tests also correctly. ************************************************************************************************************************************** the school classroom.Going through the above facts I think that ****** has not provided any value to me and thus I should not be paying the bills I owe them.
