    They dug the well. Did not complete the job. Then switched up the contract at the end to meet their needs, and *** me for non-payment when the job is still not complete, and the well permit is still denied. The offered no warranty, and still want their money. This company is a true joke.

    Aqua Drill, Inc. drilled a well and installed a pump for ******************** in August of 2023. The well has 30 gallons per minute which is well above average. ******************** opted to upgrade his well pump to a 1.5 HP 22 GPM pump. This was installed shortly after the well was drilled. The property was vacant land, so the water supply tank was installed beside the well head to allow access to water during the construction of his home. We offer a one-year warranty (parts and labor) to all of our customers. We also warranty the pump and water supply tank for five years. ******************** received this same warranty. An invoice was sent to ********************. It has been over eight months and we have not received any payment...not one *****. He claims that our job is incomplete because we did not run a waterline to a house that does not exist. The waterline would have been the final step. He was not charged for the waterline. We have hired an attorney to help us collect payment.

    This is an excellent company! Honest, fair, professional, excellent work. Billy C****** and his crew are the best that can be found. They replaced the water well pump, all the hose and electrical, new main line and pressure tank with all new wiring, excellent job and very quick. Very fast response when they were contacted, gave an estimate the same day and the next morning work was complete.
