    Disgusting threatening embarrassing behavior. 0/10 would never recommend. This man ******************* threatens and uses derogatory language on females when selling policys.

    This business responds to people by calling them a loser and is not professional in their approach. I emailed and asked for more information from their ********** ad and they responded with the word LOSER. As a deaf person myself its hard to understand videos that might not have closed captioning. Thats so downright unprofessional and disrespectful and rude. If they act like that then it means they dont deserve to have a business if they dont treat people right. Something is wrong with this person. I would not put my trust in them.

    I currently work at Symmetry as an independent insurance agent. This company from day one has been transparent and impactful. I have been fortunate to have a great boss/mentor, although I understand that not every agent has had that same experience. They never condone insurance malpractice or unethical marketing strategies. They send out legal mailers and only call people who responded. I firmly believe if an agent has a complaint they either had a bad mentor (tell me who hasn't had a bad boss), they don't understand at all how insurance companies work, or just plainly did not do the work.

    I am tremendously disappointed in this company. The "leadership" that brought me on told me that I would be paid a beginning commission rate of 70%. I have certainly not been paid that rate. There is no phone number to call to speak to anyone. You have to put in a support ticket and wait for a response. The response I got was to please contact my agency owner who is the person that lied to me about the commission rate in the first place.When I asked the agency owner why I wasn't paid the correct percentage I was told that only some of the products pay that rate. I was then encouraged to only sell those products. So, they encouraged me to do what would line my pockets rather than what would be best for my customers. No thank you.

    I am an agent and a policy owner who has seen a lot over the years. Symmetry Financial Group is one of the best client and agent-focused businesses I have seen. I'm glad there's a place to be able to share our experiences. I must say, there have been many times when I would have loved to review people who asked for my help and then treated me poorly. But that wouldn't be helpful.My training has focused on building trust, meeting the goals of the clients, as possible and professionalism. I have found that Symmetry Financial Group agents are among the best. Almost 10 years of experience with them has continued to prove it. The founders' hearts are in the right place, giving back to the communities, the people, and the agents at every turn. My policies written through SFG will help my family long after I'm gone. Thank you, Symmetry.

    Symmetry is a conglomerate of ****s of insurance agents, brokers and leaders. The core values of the company are:1 Relationships matter, people come first.************ pursuit of personal growth.3 Open, honest, and productive communication.4 We do the right thing, even when no one is looking.5 We work as a true team and strive to be a positive influence.Unfortunately, not all agents are at the same stage of maturity and personal growth, but Symmetry makes great strides to help them be better. It provides an outstanding foundation for those that aspire to be outstanding, and if a prospect ever experiences a lack of ethics from an agent, it should immediately be reported to the agent's upline, and Symmetry corporate simultaneously so they can fix the problem if the employing agency doesn't.

    I am also both an agent and a client with Symmetry. I am sad to read the negative reviews as I feel it does NOT accurately reflect the company. People are more likely to take the time to post negative comments than positive. As with any company, there are some bad eggs. I know there are some agents who are not operating as they should, but they don't last long here. Our CEOs are some of the kindest, most caring people I've ever known and their integrity and genuine caring for their agents and their clients make this one of the best places I've ever worked. They mean it when they say relationships matter and people come first. As for clients who say they didn't ask for info - most often it's because they called the number on the postcard without reading it thoroughly so they didn't understand what it was. Most of our clients DID in fact ask for info and we serve them with integrity and help them protect their families. If an agent forgets to put someone on a do not call list or if multiple forms are sent in, sometimes people get contacted when they didn't want to and that's unfortunate but usually rectified. I have built amazing relationships with my clients and coworkers here and I wouldn't want to work anywhere else. I love helping families protect their loved ones!

    I was introduced to Symmetry by a friend and contracted with them. Multiple times I was given demonstrations of what is possible for an agent to make, but later found that was not totally accurate. I have been in sales about 20 years, so I knew I would be able to do this. I did very well at enrolling clients, and most of my months I was a top producer on our team, but the money was not what I expected or was lead to believe it would be. As time went on, I found with Symmetry low starting commissions it would be hard to make the money I wanted to and was expecting to. I later found out the commission level they promised me was only for certain products and the rest of them were lower commissions sometimes by over 20% lower. I also found with the rules they set it is very hard to move up past a certain commission level unless you build a team. I began to try to do that, but later I found out other IMO's pay higher than Symmetry, so it is very hard to keep or recruit agents when the competition is so much better than what I had to offer working for Symmetry. Finally, when I realized I could no longer accomplish my goals at Symmetry, I asked for a release, so I could contract with a different IMO, and not have to wait 6 months to do business with the carriers I had through Symmetry. I pleaded with them, and I informed them I have a child with special needs, so my wife stays home with him, and I am a sole provider for my family, to please release me, but my pleas feel on def ears. I had no debts, I was a good agent, I made them a lot of money, but in the end that meant nothing. I was very disappointed and sad and my family will suffer because of it. I am not writing this in any way to criticize, disparage, or defame Symmetry. This review is just my own experience and opinion, and is for review purposes only.

    Some members from my family were contacting ********************************* in regards to help with legacy planning. Me being in finance myself, asked her some questions and had her tell me her plan to help them. When I did not reply to an email she sent, she got very rude, told me she recommended things to my family that she hadn't told me about when I asked, and proceeded to insult my financial advice and shoot down my idea for my family after I told her why her plan would not work. Her messages were very rude and insulting. She proceeded then to tell me that the conversation was over, that I needed more guidance, that I wasn't helping my family like she would have, and that she "cared less about me being insulted".

    They send very aggressive direct mail to try and scare victims into calling them. No identifying information about who they are on the card (had to call in to get that info), and when you call, it's just a phishing robot trying to gather data on you. Total scam.
