Purchased puppy on 5/21/24. Per contract puppy was to be up to date on vaccines and dewormed.We took the puppy to the vet on 5/22/24. incorrect birth date was given, had hookworms and behind on vaccines, requested their vets records and only basic vaccine given. (See Item 1 on attached contract)We have had the puppy for one month now 6/20/24. Today makes the 5th trip to the vet, still has hookworms so 5th round of treatment. Also, today found puppy had a second intestinal parasite Coccidiosis.The expenses continue to Mount.Business response

We want to extend our heartfelt apologies once again for the challenges you are facing with your puppy. At Wild Grace Farm, we strive to raise healthy puppies that bring joy to the families they join. We do not intend to cause our puppies or families negative experiences. We understand and empathize deeply with the issues you have encountered.
Our commitment to raising healthy puppies is reflected in our rigorous standards with the inclusion of a 1-year health guarantee. This guarantee is specifically designed to cover debilitating congenital defects, aiming to protect our puppies and their new families from certain unexpected health issues.
In this instance, although the circumstances fall outside the terms of our health guarantee, we have acted in good faith to assist you by issuing multiple refunds totaling $147.90. These refunds were sent via money orders on June 19, 2024, and June 24, 2024, to the mailing address you provided.
Moving forward Wild Grace Farm will move only per the parameters of our 1- year health guarantee. As all other aspects of your complaint have been addressed, we are unable to offer further assistance or refunds.
We sincerely hope for the best for both you and your beloved pet.
