            I purchased a vehicle from Hoyles and then less than 24hrs of having it (currently financing it) it completely died on me Ive contacted the dealership regarding the problems Im having with it and theyre not doing anything about it to make things right. So Im currently trying to fix a truck that I just bought and make my monthly payment on it

            ******************* purchased a **** 6.0 Diesel on 4/30/2024...... We test drove the vehicle with no issues. Every vehicle we sell at this dealership is sold AS IS with no Warranty. The truck never had any issues while it was here. We had the truck inspected and looked over with no signs of it stalling out. ******************* was aware that there is no dealer warranty on the truck he purchased. He signed an AS IS stating the he acknowledges this. I've attached the AS IS form with his signature.

             I am rejecting this response because:

            The trucked died less than 24hrs of having it. Right now its still at the shop. Ive bought a paper weight from you guys. The least yall can do is to get my truck running properly. ***** stated on your post that the truck is ready to work. Its far from that.
