  ****************** 5/25/25 we have called about the leak on the roof of the home it is causing other problems to appear on the inside as well. We have called many times to asked someone to please come out and fixed the problems. I have called the **********, N.C. ********************** N.C. The only we are keep getting hearing here lately, no one comes to do the repairs. We had shingles put on our roof, and liked the way everything was looking at that time. Our roof was done in 2022, and still have warranty on our roof. We are having a leaking problem around the sky light in the master bathroom. We done paid a lot of money$$$$$$$ to have a whole roof put on and now one can come and seal a leak around the skylight. We have been calling since last month. This leak has now caused inside damages around skylight the inside. We know this is a family owed business in other locations. Please respond to these repairs that needs to be done.

  In 2020 *** ********************** and his crew put a new roof on our house. It only took 2 days and seemed almost like a good job. After reviewing the work, we noticed areas that weren't up to our standards. We told Mr ********************** and he asked if we'd give him the check and they would come the next day to correct the issues. We said, no check until it's completed. After 2 about they returned and corrected what we asked. We paid in full. Over the next few days, shingles started falling off the roof. We called and he said Friday he's be here. After a year of Fridays he hadn't returned. We wrote a complaint letter to BBB. We called Mr ********************** again and he said, "I have your shingles in my office but I'm not putting them up until you take that #$*@ing (complaint) of of the BBB cite. I said that I will take it off when he replace the shingles. He said OK, I'll be there on Friday. It's been 2 more years of Friday and he still hasn't repaired the shingles and we are still periodically loosing shingles. His labor is supposed to be guaranteed for 5 years. What needs to be done?

  First, we give a star because the guy that gave the quote was great. But when we signed off on two contract jobs , it’s been a fight to get hold of the Owner. The lady answering phone said she would text call and email him, but never heard back.. They did do the small roof that took a day . But can’t get back to do other job. I have his cell number which I texted and called with no response.. I see from other reviews that this is how they work .. I didn’t check BBB reviews,my mistake. Please always check companies/people reviews we have to help each other in these times because of people like this..
