  The team securely fastened my bulky chest of drawers to the vehicle and wrapped it in blankets. The movers labeled all my boxes by room and marked them "delicate." The nuts and bolts from my glass dining table were carefully placed in a ziplock bag and taped to the underside for easy reassembly.

  ***** and his team excelled. They arrived on time and immediately requested directions. They used extra wrapping. When we moved in, ***** made sure everything was right. They helped me reconnect and set up the big-screen TV. They handled everything, making my relocation easy.

  From the first time we talked to them to the final move-in, they carefully planned and carried out every step of the moving process. After the move, we felt right at home in our new home right away. Everyone on the team kept a positive and polite attitude.

  If I could leave a zero star review I would. I am writing to warn others about Mayzlin Movers. I have had 3 cross country moves in past 15 years and my two previous moves went smoothly. But Mayzlin did a horrible job and it was truly the "Move from Hell". I chose Mayzlin because I wanted to reserve an entire 18 ******* to move only my household goods and not share the truck with other household. I paid a lot for this privilege and to have them pack my most valuable items. The crew that arrived did not speak English, with exception of the crew leader so it was difficult to communicate with them. The crew leader was also very rude. He wanted me to go buy more packing materials even though I had already paid Mayzlin for packing materials. Than, all my home goods did not fit in the 18 *******. I could not understand why, unless perhaps they had items on the truck already from another household? Unfortunately, I did not think to inspect the truck prior to the start of loading. Mayzlin than wanted even more money to send the rest of my items via a second truck. So I found another company to move the rest of my items as did not want to deal with them anymore.Once my items arrived, the crew that came to unload were not professional movers and just some local guys that the driver had picked up to help unload. (None were wearing Mayzlin company shirts, just like at the pick up destination where only the crew leader was wearing a company shirt). Mayzlin broke many items in the move---china plates, lamps, antique chairs, vases, armoirs and my baby grand piano which alone sustained close to $10,000 damage. Luckily, I had purchased the extra insurance coverage as the basic insurance offered by Mayzlin is very horrible and pays out practically nothing via weight ************ again Mayzlin movers is the worst moving company I have ever dealt with and If I ever have to move again, I will NEVER USE MAYZLIN AGAIN.

  Upon arriving at my new residence, the team quickly unloaded my belongings. They arranged items as I requested and assisted me in assembling my furniture.

  It was really delightful! The movers were punctual, kind, and cautious with my belongings. Moving proceeded faster than I had imagined, and all of the items came undamaged.

  The whole process was effortless and efficient. They arrived promptly, wrapped our furniture with extra care using thick blankets and shrink wrap, and loaded the truck like pros. No scratches or dents, and everything arrived at the new place in perfect condition. Highly recommend!

  They had first-rate customer service from the moment I called. Professional, punctual, and careful with all belongings, the movers were a pleasure to work with. They helped me unload, transport, and set up all of my belongings to the new place.
