    AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Mayzlin is DELIBERATELY shady! I had to do a military move out on short notice and contacted Mayzlin. ******* ******** was my *** that promised me a "white glove, professional experience." I told him I needed my things by a specific date and he contacted dispatching and ensured me they could deliver by my date. The packers arrived and were all Russian and Ukrainian immigrants with zero "professional moving experience." Half of them spoke zero english and the other have broken english, making it very difficult to communicate about packing. The packers also arrived about 6pm after driving 8+hrs, so I had to stay/be available until approx. 10pm, which was very frustrating. After they loaded up everything I never heard from Mayzlin to coordinate a delivery time/date. The week of my no later than date I started trying to call. They NEVER answered their phones, nor ever called back when I left VMs. However, someone will always answer their sales line, but refuse to actually put anyone on the line to help. I got my belongings 3wks AFTER my NLT date and was forced to miss required military training due to this. Once delivered a bunch of random strangers showed up to unload. While speaking to them I learned they all applied to a ********** add Mayzlin had posted. Additionally, aside from all the broken furniture, they did not allow proper inventorying and I was told I could "file in the claims later." Once filing claims I was told I did not document any broken or missing items at time of delivery. *DO NOT BE FOOLED BY 5 STAR REVIEWS!*Every detailed 1 star complaint on Reddit, ******, and BBB is followed up with fake accounts giving 5 star reviews with generic sentences that typically counter what ever the lengthy complaint was.

    Posted to Yelp!Review of Mayzlin Relocation In October 2024, I enlisted Mayzlin Relocation for an interstate move from ***** to *********. Unfortunately, due to a bout with COVID, I had to cancel the move before finalizing the date. I was disappointed to learn that I was outside the service window for a refund, but *****, my representative, was incredibly understanding. He placed my move on hold for a future date and was very accommodating with all my questions, promising his ongoing ************ forward to December, after recovering from not just COVID, but also pneumonia and laryngitis, I revisited the idea of moving. Upon researching Mayzlin, I was concerned by several one-star reviews online. With this in mind, I contacted ***** again, this time requesting a refund, given the circumstances. To my surprise and relief, ***** not only listened but also advocated on my behalf to his supervisor. Within minutes, I had my refund processed and received the cancellation documents for my signature.Despite the negative reviews, my experience with Mayzlin Relocation has been nothing short of exemplary. ******* professionalism and the company's integrity shone through during my interactions. They treated me with respect and kindness even though I wasnt the easiest client. I would give Mayzlin Relocation five stars without hesitation. Their customer service, particularly during challenging times, was outstanding. If and when I decide to move again, I hope Mayzlin will welcome me back as a customer.

    I have never used movers this well-organized. They unloaded the boxes in the proper order, beginning with the necessities and working their way up to the heavier stuff. They labelled each box based on the room. The entire procedure was methodical, and it ensured the relocation was completed on schedule.

    I had to move on very short notice, and I wasn't sure if I could find movers in time. I called this company, and they squeezed me in just a day later. The movers arrived early, and they were very organized. They disassembled my large bookshelf quickly and labeled the parts, so I could easily put it back together. They moved fast but made sure all my things were safe. I was very relieved they could help me on such short notice.

    **** notified us that we will receive a verification call five days before the relocation to confirm readiness and discuss payment arrangements. On April 4, 2024, my husband received a call from ******, the coordinator seeking a phone video or facetime question and answer session to tour through our home. During that time, ****** inquired about the visible packed boxes and discussed modifications and a potential rise in prices due to the added weight. During a previous conversation with **** about packaging, he indicated that it would not pose an issue; nonetheless, he specified that his organization would not assume liability for any damage to our packed things upon delivery. The coordinator ***** notified us that we needed to pay the remaining balance within forty-eight hours of delivery, which we paid to comply with the contract. Despite your inability to fulfill the obligation, you did not issue a refund or return our final payment. Does your inability to fulfill the promised delivery date, after collecting payment for a specified delivery timeframe without actual delivery, constitute wire fraud? Despite your control of our funds, furniture, and personal belongings, we have only received terse, discourteous, cunning, and unprofessional responses, along with evasions from your customer service managers and staff. As we try to gather information regarding when we may expect a delivery, no one has any information. Your belongings are stored in a warehouse in *******. After a week of failed calls with no information or updates, the next weeks answers started with as crazy comments, Your things are in a warehouse in *******. It is conceivable how peculiar that appeared, given that **** assured us you do not store furniture, Another response stated, You ought to have reviewed your contract; we are allotted a minimum of 30 days for transportation. After a fortnight, we finally received our belongings transported by a professional third-party mover.

    Our move included three kids and a family pet, and this team was incredible. They moved the kids bunk beds with ease, disassembling and reassembling them without a scratch. They let my curious dog sniff the boxes, which put her at ease. ****** made time to reassure my youngest that her ***** bear box would be safe. Such a friendly, caring experience!
