    They had first-rate customer service from the moment I called. Professional, punctual, and careful with all belongings, the movers were a pleasure to work with. They helped me unload, transport, and set up all of my belongings to the new place.

    After working with this moving crew, I felt compelled to write a review, even though I had never done so. They were considerate, diligent, and meticulous. Nothing was damaged as they packed my entire kitchen, including my various spice jars. Also, they managed to move my bulky cabinet up a narrow stairway without causing any damage. I'm truly grateful for their assistance and that the process went smoothly.

    The movers from were top-notch. ******* team handled the relocation with speed, expertise, and efficiency. I could tell they took extra precautions with my fragile belongings because they wrapped them in ample padding. I was grateful for their friendliness and flexibility during the entire moving process.

    Moving from ** to ** with ****** and ****** was an incredible experience. ****** packed cautiously and tightly wrapped all the fragile items in the boxes. They were kind and very careful with my stuff. Overall, it was an amazing experience with excellent service!

    The ensured that everything was loaded and effectively managed the team. Nothing was left unguarded. When we arrived at the new location, ***** led the way and understood every bump. I didn't feel overburdened, and the procedure went really well.

    The service was flawless! On the day of the move, ****** and the crew arrived on schedule and immediately started working. After working hard, they completed packing in a single day. The next day, everything was brought to our two-bedroom condo without incident. Because we were hiring these movers for the first time, our moving consultant, ******, even gave us a huge discount. We are so happy!

    The day I moved, it rained, but instead of a disaster flick, they turned it into a romantic comedy with a happy ending. The rain was not a light drizzle but a tremendous, torrential downpour.

    The initial communication was terrific. ***** had assured us that there would be excellent communication and transparency. Once they had our money, nothing could be further from the truth. I had put in several calls to find out information never returned our calls. The customer service representative was beyond rude, inept, ignorant, and simply the most horrible person to deal with. She had no information other than a terrible attitude. The only saving ***** was the men who packed our belongings. I WOULD NEVER EVERY RECOMMEND OR USE MAYZLIN RELOCATION services again. It is a bait-and-switch operation.

We consolidate shipments to keep costs affordable for customers, which can sometimes impact delivery schedules. We apologize if this was not adequately communicated.We also regret that you felt our customer service team was not helpful. That is certainly not the experience we want for our customers.
