On February 18th 2023 I put $2500 down on a 2015 ******* Santa Fe. *************************** said the vehicle warranty was through the finance company which was closed for the weekend. I was advised to go over the warranty with them in Monday February 20th 2023. Upon speaking with the finance company, the warranty was non existent and they advised me that he has sold many cars with them as the finance company, and he was well aware of the warranty being done on his end and factored into the sale price as part of the financed amount. 3 weeks after purchase on April 6th the car lost compression and the check engine light came on. I took the car to have a comprehensive diagnostic ran and it showed that 5 codes had been cleared the day of purchase, and those codes showed major engine failure. I immediately called *****, to which he advised I have the car brought to his shop. He has been in possession of my vehicle for 5 weeks, has not even moved the car as per the chalked marks we placed to ensure a little honesty after being blatantly lied to. He said that he would have a new motor put in the vehicle, and that multiple mechanics had come by to look at the issues. I have received no response for weeks, he has done no repairs, claimed poverty, and has ignored me without any remorse for what he's done to me, and my kids.Business response

My response is Ive been working to get this taken care of and then received a text on April 14th with ************** saying she wasnt going to pay for the vehicle and that she wanted it repossessed. At that time I decided that I wasnt going to spend the money to repair a vehicle that was getting repossessed and I did not own. I had been in contact with and was lining up all parts and labor to resolve this. The text is attached
Also due to the onslaught of harassment online by the customers family I knew it was best to be silent to avoid any and all threats to my family, my character and business.
Please note that the customer did sign As Is No Warranty that is attached.
At no time did I try to avoid working with or being in contact with the customer until I was notified that the vehicle was going to be returned to the finance company.

I paid $1000 Down on a car that the key fob didnt work so i had to manually unlock and lock the vehicle, the speakers wouldnt work for the radio, and the lighter plug Didnt wirk so i couldnt charge my phone. None of these problems were brought to my attention and the key fob was missing a part so it couldnt be fixed and i couldnt find anyone to pay to go through the wires in the car to figure out the speaker issue or the lighter it was not a fuse and was too complicated to figure out for anyone around here to take on the job.....thankfully a lady backed over me after 2 weeks before the first payment was due and totaled the car out which im still trying to get what the gap insurance should have covered and was left with no Car and no Down payment. When i called to talk to them and told them i felt like i had been wronged and that tjey should apply the $1000 i put Down towards another car they claimed they didnt have any in my price range and when i saw They had more cars i called again n was told they would call me right BACK they were with a customer and never heard back from them. The balance my gap insurance was supposed to cover is *****. The car was also wrecked in the front that caused the insurance who totaled it to deduct $1600 from the cars value and i would have gotten back $600 at least had they sold me a car that was worth what they charged. They knew i was desperate in a hurry to have a car and waited till 330pm on a friday to make a 2hr round trip to the finance company which im reporting next and took comolete advantage of me and after right at 1year later still trying to get it off of my credit and was supposed to help build it and has caused nothing but more problems. The consumer purchased this vehicle 1 year and a half ago and now she's wanting 1k$. She signed the the paperwork that states she purchasing the vehicle (AS IS) we bent over backwards for this consumer to get her loan approved when no one else could help her, she's talking about GAP insurance which is an insurance I don't associate with. We're very sorry you had a car accident and are glad you are okay but the business will not be refunding you.

I am rejecting this response because:
I called them on several occassions giving them more than enough time and opportunity seeing as how i was tricked into signing the papers hurridley before i could notice the speakers Didnt work, the loghter didnt work and the key fob was missing a piece and wasnt gonna work. Im not sorry i had an accident i hated thst car and i stopped in and told ******** before the insurance ever took the car how upset i was that i was taken advantage of and had i not been in an accident i was bringing them the car nack because i didnt Want to have to Put full coverage and make payments on a car i would never put my toddlers in or have all thia stuff that didnt work and i couldnt find anyone to pay to try to fix. It was not a year and a half ago i got the car last march and i was told everytime i called they would call me back but never did. They were NOT the only ones who would help me get a loan they are the closet buy here pay here and when i called i was told they were a place to help rebuild my credit and its done nothing but cause more damage. I dont even have a score anymore with one credit bureau. Creekside finance is to blame for any of the financing issues my issue was i gave them my only $1000 n sold me a car that had muliple issues before it was backef into and totalled and had i known it had these issues or had i had time to even see if i liked it i wouldve never agreed to buying it but i was rushed at 4pm on a friday to make an hour round trip to the financing company. They are in the wrong and i have been left with no car or Down payment for another one. They advertise no ones refused financing so if they have to bend over backwards thsts WHST theyre.promising with the advertisement to coax you in there and since i havent heard of one person whose had a good experience with them. They just IGNOREd me and never gave a ****.once the papers were signed.....
