Purchased DK 5310 in September 2022 noticed a cavitation sound, I notified the dealer while he was still on his way back from delivering attractor to me. The dealer said it was possibly air trapped from the attachments it would go away but it never did. The next step was to replace hydraulic fluid and filter on the tractor that didn't fix the problem. The next step Kioti added a length of hydraulic hose that only dampened or quieting the noise rather than fixing it. I have been told by Kioti that the cavitation will not damage internal components but I've always been instructed otherwise. There have been multiple promises to fix the problem but seemingly only to cover up the problem rather than to fix it. It was only after about 18 months they mentioned about possibly buying back the tractor. Kioti should have immediately replaced the tractor or found the problem and repaired it but it will be 2 years this month that I purchase the tractor with only a promise not to fix the defect but potentially to cover up the problem.

To date so unhappy with my Kioti. When is starts it's fine, the problem is getting it started. Just over 50 hours on the machine and I'm into my third service call. Every time same issue, IT WON'T START. First time blow fuse, next day after being serviced relay switch and now just 2 hours of operation and it won't start again! When it runs it's fine, it's just getting it running that's the problem. Stuck with it for now but wish I had purchased a Kubota!

The worst Tractor company in the world in my opinion! I Bought a brand new tractor from ***** tractor and I called Kioti, tried to talk to customer service they told me to talk to the dealer, and was very rude, These tractors are made in ***** so that is why!!!! The rims around the tires are so thin my front tire fell off, went over a little ***** and the back rim got a dent in it, Kioti does not care!

I purchased a Kioti Tractor and it now has 300 hours on it and the Fuel Pump blew and shredded. I was told the work would be covered under warranty. As they started work they also noted they needed to replace the injectors, I was told this would also be covered. After repairs were completed Kioti then said they would not cover the work, but since the work was already completed I was on the hook for $6,000. When i tried to speak with someone at Kioti, I was told to speak with the dealer and that a Kioti rep would NOT speak to me. The one rep that I got on the phone was very dismissive and rude. I will be selling my tractor to buy a more reputable tractor and encourage others I influenced to buy this tractor to do the same.

When we spoke on 5/21 @ 10:43 a.m. you let me know that a fuel sample was sent to Kioti and came back negative and that is why the warranty work was denied. You were told this work would be covered pending the results of the test, this test came back negative, and this led to the decision to deny your claim. I have spoken with the dealer and confirmed this again on 7/1 at 11:07 a.m.

I purchased a Kioti K9 ****. The latches on the doors are c*** I'm afraid to lean against door for fear of falling out. ****** says there is nothing he can do. If I'm paying thousands of dollars for something, I expect it to be right. I own a 2011 mechron and it's a lot better machine.

Well I certainly wished I had done more research b4 purchasing my Kioti; at least having read these complaints. W/ 6 hours on my machine the main shifter rod weld broke right above where it attaches to the gear box. Very poor quality control (slave labor ??) it wasn't even pushed in properly b4 welding and the weld looked like a quick spot weld instead of a full attachment. It was then that the dealer (whom I'm very disturbed by, moreso than Kioti) informed me that (after just paying almost $500 to trans my new tractor home) that I'd be responsible to pay to bring it back in. What? I said "fine" drop ship & I'll install. He replied that it would be $35 plus shipping. I told him that he is responsible for that and I'll not pay a dime. Then he told me that (even though that this was a very rare occurrence) they were out of stock and couldn't give me ETA. After a few days I followed up for update and he still had no ETA. I asked for the part number (so I could call around to other dealers) and he gave me the # for Kioti (877-GO-KIOTI). Surprisingly the contact there was as helpful as she could be (w/ the very limited resources, access & authority) and promised to follow up w/ me. She was very punctual and while she had an ETA the dealer was yet to inform me (still). While figuring the procedure for the install I noticed that the cheap plastic head on top of shifter was also cracked/broken from over tightening of screw at factory. What else should I expect? God forbid something major! I forwarded the pics and hope to hear something positive soon. I'll update this thread after these issues are resolved. BUT the main reason for this 'complaint' is regarding Kioti corporate and their lack of product, promotional and general information. There is absolutely NO transparency w/ their pricing, promotions, etc.. Everything says "Contact your local dealer". Well apparently, based on these complaints, their dealers give us less confidence than Kioti. I know I got screwed.
