I have just over 300 hours on a DK4720. Several things have broken, failed, or leaked. Attachments including. I am paying for a machine I cant hardly use. At this point there is a significant failure which has caused it to sit at the dealer for 3 weeks. The quality of these machines are horrible. **************** is sub par, and Im not having to rent equipment to finish projects at my home.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: Although the buy back response has been prompt, and is moving forward, the amount offered is substantially less than the original purchase price of the unit. At only 3xx hours the machine should not be depreciated by $12,000. I do understand the attachments that are not Kioti brand cant be included in this buy back, but to lose nearly $24,000 is unacceptable. This is not taking into consideration machine down time, trips to from/dealer, projects on my ranch that were put on hold, services, and equipment rentals when the machine was down. I dont want to be unreasonable, I just think these things needs to be considered.

As a consumer, I should not be dealing with a dealer directly for manufacturer issues. No small business is going to take the fall for a manufacturer, and out of pocket money to deal with this type of issue. I am trying to be as calm about this as possible, I am not rich, A loss that big is huge. I have already stressed the fact that this could have caused injury, or worse, due to what was happening with the unit. The time to/from the dealer, down time and having to rent equipment, all has added to the total dollar amount in expected to just lose. I appreciate the machine being bought back as agreed, but this is not a dealer issue. Im at a loss for words that a company just expects someone in this situation to just accept this answer!

I am writing to formally file a complaint against Kioti regarding the repair and warranty process for my tractor. It has now been nearly two months since my tractor stopped running. I initially took it to the dealerships repair shop, and after a month of waiting, I was informed that the fuel injectors were clogged.Kioti conducted a fuel sample test, taken after the fuel filter and before the pump, and determined that contaminants were present in the fuel. They subsequently claimed that the fuel filter may have been overwhelmed and that the issue could be attributed to bad fuel. However, both of these explanations raise concerns, as the repair shop itself noted that the fuel filter appeared to be in good ************ primary concern is how the contaminated fuel was able to bypass the fuel filter if the filter was allegedly overwhelmed. This explanation is contradictory and raises doubts about the accuracy of Kiotis assessment.Additionally, I found the warranty claim process to be questionable. I was informed that the repairs had to be completed before the claim could even be submitted for warranty coverage. After consulting with several individuals, I have found that this process is not standard and seems highly unusual, and communications between all parties involved are scarce at best.I am seeking assistance in addressing these concerns and ensuring that Kioti provide a transparent and fair resolution to this matter. Bought tractor in june 2022 for ******.I was told warranty was for 6 years on powertrain.3weeks ago tractor stopped antifreeze leaking and wouldn't start.kioti dealer I purchased it from sold business to a kubota dealer.I called the kioti dealer who referred me to the kubota dealer who would be servicing their machines.after many calls they said kioti would not warranty the tractor,that part of fan blade had punctured radiator causing it to 5 oooverheat and seize the engine.I don't see how I would have caused this to happen and think they are not honouring their warranty commitment.The kubota repair initially shared that they had another kioti with similar problemInitial Complaint

I took my tractor to dealer on 12/22/24 and finally on march 1 I heard that they would not cover engine repair ********** did.24 hours.of ***********. now I am stuck.paying for that labor that was requested by the manufacturer and they won't cover engine replacement. Dealer notified ***** less than a week theat turbo went out of it and the cylinders went bad. Dealer sent oil.and fuel sample in and came back good. Saying they won't cover it cause I did the maintenence myself and don't have receipts. Every couple weeks the manufacturer wanted some.other piece of information. Purchased DK 5310 in September 2022 noticed a cavitation sound, I notified the dealer while he was still on his way back from delivering the tractor to me. The dealer said it was possibly air trapped from the attachments it would go away but it never did. The next step was to replace hydraulic fluid and filter on the tractor that didn't fix the problem. The next step Kioti added a length of hydraulic hose that only dampened or quieting the noise rather than fixing it. I have been told by Kioti that the cavitation will not damage internal components but I've always been instructed otherwise. There have been multiple promises to fix the problem but seemingly only to cover up the problem rather than to fix it. It was only after about 18 months they mentioned about possibly buying back the tractor at a reduced price. Kioti should have immediately replaced the tractor or found the problem and repaired it but it will be 2 years this month that I purchase the tractor with only a promise not to fix the defect but potentially to cover up the problem with add on parts. I left a review 3 week ago a representative posted the next day saying they would contact me shortly, I haven't heard from them yet.Business Response

I purchased a new CS2210 lawn tractor from The Tractor Company in *****, ************ and since it had 5 hours on it, it does not start properly. They have tries to fix it 4 times and the problem still occurs. It currently will not start and my frustration level with tractor is extremely high. The Tractor Company is supposed to here this week to see what they can do again. There is a short in the system which is causing the fuel solenoid not to open. They have replaced it once but it still is happening. It currently has approximately ***************************************** on at least 5 occasions. I purchased this tractor based on recommendations of owners. This tractor has let me down on numerous occasions and I am left with no recourse. I need this tractor to work when I am home and it doesnt!! I have requested that it either be replaced or I receive a full refund for this unit. The Tractor Company in ***** has advised this is not possible as it would be Kioti decision. I am not satisfied with his answer nor and i satisfied with this tractor!! Something needs to be done. I bought a CK4010 HST in 2021, currently I have 250 hours on this tractor. I have had an ECU replaced, wiring for the oil pressure light had to be bypassed from the wiring harness after wiring melted for now reason. Welds broke on the pivot for the kb2475l backhoe, and two hydraulic rams are leaking after just a few years of minor use. The dealership has been okay to work with but seems to never have parts in stock. Now the manuals for this tractor are not even listed on the Kioti website. I am a very disappointed consumer. Now the oil light is staying on while accessory is on instead of going back out like it should. I am just waiting for the tractor to stop running again.Business Response

As an owner of Kioti implements and a concerned citizen, I believe it is crucial to address safety concerns promptly to ensure the well-being of individuals who use your products. It has come to my attention that the backhoe 2485 manual contains mislabeled parts (please check Kioti backhoe owners manual ***** boom Assembly Ref.no 3, Part No BT664-71900-01, and ***** dipperstick assembly Ref.No 8 Part No BT664-71800-01 - which NUMBER is CORRECT?) , which can lead to confusion during assembly and potentially compromise the functionality and safety of the equipment. I had the misfortune to be a victim of faulty assembly on my backhoe that I purchased one year ago and used for a few hours.Furthermore, there have been reports of a drum dipstick being carelessly assembled, resulting in it becoming lost during operation. This oversight poses a significant risk to users, potentially causing damage to the equipment or even endangering the safety of the operator.I kindly request that you take immediate action to rectify these issues. It is essential to provide accurate and clear instructions in the backhoe 2485 manual, ensuring that all parts are correctly labeled and easily identifiable during assembly. Additionally, I urge you to review the assembly process of the drum dipstick and implement measures to prevent it from becoming dislodged or lost during operation. I believe that Kioti Tractor has always strived to provide top-quality equipment, and I trust that you will take the necessary steps to rectify these issues promptly.. I look forward to hearing about the actions you will be taking to address these concerns and ensure the safety of your customers. How long will I be forced to wait for propper parts? Tractor Description: CK3520SE Serial # ************* HOURS ON ********************** Case # ***** i brought my tractor into Southside Sales in ********, La. in April 2024 due to the tractor flashing a CEL and going into imp mode while I was working the tractor. After bring the tractor in I was informed that it was more of a problem that just resetting a code. According to *********, they changed the fuel injectors, which they did. Still did not resolve the issue. I was told that Kioti requested a fuel sample In May and have still not communicated the test results to Southside as of 7.8.24. I have been going up there every 2 weeks since April to check on my tractor and I have been told every time that Southside is waiting for Kioti to respond with the fuel results and further instructions on what to do to my tractor. I have ask numerous times if this work is going to be covered under the warranty and again, no clear answer from the dealer. I have been told every time that the dealer has been trying to contact Kioti with no success and no responses back after leaving messages. I bought this tractor 2 years ago in April of 2022, and it only has 100 hours on it. I am since stuck paying a note on a tractor that I cannot use and it is tied up in some unprofessional behavior by either Kioti or the dealer or both. My case number according to Southside is, *****. I would like for someone to let me know the status of my tractor and the warranty from Kioti seeing I cannot get any information from the dealer.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:1. Is my tractor covered under warranty for this event.. How does my warranty coverage work? I seem to not be able to get a response for this questions.. My dealer cannot explain any of this and refers me back to Kioti.
2. Did the fuel sample pass?
3. If the fuel sample results was in on 6.18.24, why was I not notified by my dealer or Kioti? When I asked the dealer on 7.8.14, they stated that they had not been informed of the results.
I am very unhappy with the time it has taken to repair my tractor. It has been at this dealer for 3 months and counting and I ham still having to pay my note. I have since had to buy another tractor due to Kioti's and Southside Sales slow response in getting my tractor fixed. So in closing, I feel that I deserve an answer to my questions
