I have a signed buyers agreement and credit card receipts they offered me $4000 and I paid $4655 on credit cards to pay off the remaining balance of my loan. They have not yet paid off my unit and called asking for more money for a balance difference of $31.84 above the 10 day payoff I provided from my financial institution( American credit acceptance) the 10 day payoff I pulled on Saturday was good for 10 days so good through the 30th. They have sold the motorcycle via ******** without a title and without paying off my unit. So they have my $4655.00 and sold my motorcycle while my loan remains active and about to have a delinquency of payment post on my credit and I have already turned the plate in and cancelled insurance. I have screen shots of the advertisement and sale. The employee of crossroads who soldy sold motorcycle was ***** using his own personal ******** account on marketplace. For $6100 and offering financing. The manager who handled the transaction was *****. His number is- ************
