    In April 2014 ReBath of Wilmington was contracted to remodel my walk-in shower. Part of their marketing was a "Double Lifetime Warranty" - meaning transferrable when I sell the house. Original job cost was $8531.00. In the 10 years since the shower has required repair due to wicking of water from base into walls every 1.5 to 2 years. The repairs were always insufficient and had to be repeated. In the summer of 2023 I noted staining of woodwork outside of the shower and requested repair. Rebath did their usual temporary repair and slapped some :Killz" paint over the staining. One year later the staining was back and I reached out in September of 2024 for permanent resolution. After repeated requests I had a manager visit on October 1 2024. On October 10th I was informed that Rebath accepted responsibility for the damage and would replace and repair both inside and damage outside of shower - I was informed that this would be completed in 3-4 weeks. I have since reached out over a half a dozen times and was repeatedly informed that walls were delayed. At this point I can no longer get a response from ReBath. All I want is for the company to effect the repairs to which they have agreed in a timely manner.

    On 26 April 2024 I entered into a contract with Rebath of Wilmington NC to install a new shower in the bathroom I was remodeling for the total amount of $17,765.00. They needed half up front so I put $5000.00 on my credit card and financed the rest through GreenSky. The install time frame was 10 to 12 weeks out. I kept asking Rebath to come and explained all they needed to have done with my remodel so they could install. Never once did they call me or send someone to inspect what had to be done. Around 1 August they sent me a text that they wanted to install on 5 August to which I agreed to. The installer showed up on 5 August and left an hour later due to my remodel was not far enough along to install the shower. The installer said I would get a call from his project manager that day. To this date I have not been contacted by anyone from Rebath. On 27 August I contacted Rebath and the lady that answered the phone said I would get a call from the project manager that day. Here it is 2 days later and still no phone call. One of two things I would like to happen: either Rebath comes right now and finishes the job or they can reimburse me the total amount on $8882.50 and cancel the contract. They are definitely not the Rebath of ******************************************** my Moms bathroom.

    MAY 13, 2024 CHECK PROCESSED 5/14/2924 ANTICIPATED COMPLETION DATE LATE ****** MESSAGE RECEIVED PRODUCT ORDERS UNDERWAY SEVERAL MESSAGES SENT WITH NO REPLY UPON FURTHER INVESTIGATION WE FOUND OUT THE WORK WOULD NOT BE NOT DONE BY THEIR WORKERS AND NO GUARANTEE AGAINST ANY DAMAGE DONE BY THIS TEAM OR IF THEY ARE INSURED. THIS WOULD ENABLE THEM TO HIRE ANYONE WITHOUT A GURANTEE OF WORK BEING DONE PROPERLY. ALSO IF WE WERE TO CANCEL THE PROJECT WE WOULD LOSE OUR $15,000. WE FEEL THEY WERE NOT HONEST IN THEIR INFORMATION FOR THIS PROJECT. ************************* IS THE AGENT WHO CAME TO OUR HOME TO HANDLE THE PROJECT.ALSO, THERE IS NOT LOCAL ADDRESS FOR THIS BUSINESS IN ************ AND RECENTLY THERE HAVE NOT ANY ADVERTISEMENTS ON TV WHICH LEADS US TO WONDER IF THIS FRANCHISE IS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS.

    Contracted with Rebath to supply/install new hall and master bathroom materials and labor. Work commenced the end of Jan (1/29/24) and was supposed to be completed in two weeks. While I do have two working bathrooms the master BR counter was scratched and was to be replaced. Have not received date for Re-installment of counter and it will be 6 months since signing of contract. Keep getting put off by Manager and staff about this problem. Never have they reached out unless I initiated contact and sometimes not even then. $42,000 later paid in full Im still asking about my mb counter. Please help with this as I do not know where else or what else I can do.
