            On 03/16/2022 I called Best Car Care and asked them to do a tuneup on my car. ***** called me back and said that there was oil leaking onto the number one and three spark plugs and needs a valve cover gasket and seal costing $460.07. In August of this year the car was not performing well and I took it to Whites Tire and Automotive and informed me I needed a valve cover and gasket also that the number one and three spark plugs are fouled because of oil leaking onto them. When I called best car they told me not to have it done but buy then I did not trust there work noting a time before when I took it to them they told me about work needed and said who had done it before did not do the work correctly.

            *********************************** I ***** talk to him on 3/16/2022 ******************* told me he was at Whites tire service center and that he had a oil leak and he need a valve cover gasket I told him to let me speak to the gentleman and that he didnt need it cause his gasket was new and also that if it was leaking that he had a warranty on the parts so.he could bring the car back and he would have to pay for anything so he said he would bring it on that following Monday but he didnt and when I ask to speak to the gentleman he said hold on but I never spoke with the gentleman at whites I told him that whatever it was that I would make it weight and I wouldnt be no problem I proud my business on honesty and doing whats right thank you for allowing me to respond
