      On 7/12/24, I ordered 2 boxes of donuts for delivery. I never received an email or update stating the order was on the way, I just happened to go outside and see it sitting by the door. Not only was a whole box of donuts missing but the box received has missing donuts. The driver didnt even knock on the door so I could get the order. I contacted the store multiple times and no one answered, I sent a complaint, no response. I spoke with customer service and they were definitely not helpful, just advised they would have a manager contact me but that never happened. The only thing I requested was my money back but no one will even reach out or take accountability for whatever delivery service they used. I would like my money back immediately.

      On 6/30/24 I placed on on-line order for a custom dozen donuts. I gave the ** ************. location 45 minutes to fill my order. Upon arriving, no order was ready...I inquired as to why?..the reponse was "I see it on the screen". No employee attempted to fill the order, so I asked that the order be cancelled, and my money refunded ($17.64). On 7/8/24, Krispy reached out with case # ******** and offered me a free dozen original glazed donuts. Keep in mind, no refund. I responded that all I wanted was a refund (in that, I don't even like original glazed donuts). So, on 7/16/24, this time case # ********, they again offered no refund, just more donuts that I don't like.

      I have wrote TWICE with no response. So here we are. I had an order 6/30. A dozen donuts and a coffee. The coffee was melted, like bad. The doughnuts we did not receive the correct donuts... So were old like rock hard and dry and some were literally soggy, almost like they had been left to melt or something dumped on them. NONE were edible. This order was over 30 dollars delivered. I'd like it refunded or a gift card for that amount plus something for the disrespectful actions of not replying. Why should I have to keep emailing and such to get ANY customer service.

      On National Doughnut Day, I ordered online to take advantage of the "buy one, get the second one for two dollars" deal. When I arrived at the store, the line was out the door. Despite the website stating my order would be ready for pick-up, I had to wait in line for almost 45 minutes, only to be told that the hot doughnuts were sold out. I asked for a refund or a rain check, but was told I had only paid for one doughnut when I used the app. I contacted corporate to address the issue, and a representative admitted the system was overloaded. Despite several calls to the corporate office, where I was told my case would be escalated, I have yet to receive a refund of *****. I am requesting a refund for the undelivered goods before I consider involving an attorney.

      Old Stale, undersized and deformed, and missing doughnut order. I sent an email message to Krispy Kreme and the store and got no response. I ordered these through Krispy Kreme's online delivery system when our family was on vacation for one of our children's birthday. The doughnuts arrived quickly however, There was one missing out of the glaze box and the custom order box did not have all of our custom order items. Instead, they replaced some of our custom items with old hard stale glazed doughnuts. See in the attached picture the deformed doughnuts and they lacked frosting and inside filing. I would like to have a refund as this was just horrible and not the birthday doughnut surprise we wanted for our son.

      I placed an online order for delivery at the newly opened ***********, ** location on Sunday, June 16th. When the ordered was delivered, it was missing 2 coffees. I called the support number and after several minutes, a replacement order was placed.After waiting for over an hour and seeing that multiple drivers had attempted to pick up the order I called the DoorDash driver the store partnered with and he told me the store refused to give him the order as they told him it had been given out 3 times apparently. He tried to pass them his phone so I could talk to them but they refused.I then called the store and was told the same and then hung up on. I called 8 more times and was hung up on several times as well before finally reaching a manager who issued the replacement drinks after a 3 hour wait.The initial issue was the drinks missing but it was made much worse by the employee who continued to hang up on me all without warning.I want to talk to the district manager in detail about this experience as I have never encountered this level of customer service.

      Ordered 2 dozen doughnuts through their app to be delivered for father's day. 1 dozen glazed and 1 dozen specialty fathers day doughnuts. The delivery comes and they only delivered the 1 dozen glazed. Called the store and was told to call door **** who did the delivery. Called door dash. They submitted the refunded to krispy kreme because payment was taken by krispy kreme and gave me the # to call krispy kreme. Called kk customer srvc and they said they would submit the request. No confirm # or anything. Now 4 days later nothing, Called kk customer service again informed no update, they would submit another request about my refund for missing dozen doughnuts never refunded. I asked for confirm #, told dont have one, I asked when I would get a response, he said no idea. Said have a good day and hung up.

      5/26/2024 date of transaction I paid $18.52. I contacted Krispy Kreme multiple times via customer support telephone line to report a missed transaction and to follow up. **************** agents tell me that they are working on resolving my case. It has almost been a month later and no points have been added to my account. Im looking to be compensated for the inconvenience as well as receive my missing transaction points added to my account.

      In April 2024, I participated in a fundraiser at the local elementary school. I paid for two dozen donuts. I presented the email vouchers at the local Krispy Kreme store only to be told that my vouchers were not valid and had been used in the past. I called customer service and they sent me one voucher for one dozen donuts. Since April I have called Krispy Kremes over seven times and inform them that they did not send a voucher for the second dozen donuts that I have already paid for. It is now June 2024 and each time I call Krispy Kreme they tell me my issue has been escalated. I am still waiting on the donuts that I paid for. Since Krispy Kreme is unable to create a voucher, I am requesting a refund.
