      On 6/15/24 around 8 am an online order was placed for delivery. It was never received. The delivery service issued a refund to Krispy Kreme. Krispy Kreme would not answer the phone when contacted. Went to the location and a rude manager refused to process a refund despite receiving a refund themselves.

      On May 12th, 2024 around 11:30am I placed a delivery order online for Krispy Kreme. Upon delivery, I noticed that the driver had given me the wrong order and flagged it to which I was told by the driver to contact the store about my issue. I reached out via online form about my refund request that day and recieved no reply so I followed up that same week. On May 17th, I first called the store twice where I recieved no answer. I then called Krispy Kreme's corporate number where I was told that my case would be escalated. On May 22nd, I called again and was once again told it would be escalated with no confirmation email or any further communication. It has now been 24 days since my original request and I am confused and frustrated by the lack of communication, action, and accountability. For reference, my order number is #********.

      Someone used my krispy kreme account to order donuts with my credit card in **, and I live in **. How did they allow that to happen? Also, I need a refund for my money and my points I earned.

      False Advertising. I ordered The blueberry cake donuts that I have been eating for years.(Always Perfect)After ordering and paying online with a gift card I drove 30 minutes out of my way to pick them up. I arrived at the store one hour after ordering and receiving my recite. I am told that they are out of the blueberry cake donuts. They forgot to take them out of the system and they were sorry. I told the manager that I had a receipt from an hour earlier by email that the order was fllled. I told her I drove over 30 minutes to get there. She didnt care and said she was sorry. I have drove there several times earlier, attempting to pick up donuts which the online website said that were available and were not available at the store. In this occasion, I placed an order for a specific donut one hour before attempting to pick it up. I received a confirmation of the order purchase. I drove several miles out of my way to take possession of the order. The manager said that donuts were never available anyway this makes it impossible for me to order any donuts from Krispy Kreme and even expected they will be available, even after purchase. The manager did not care and was extremely rude.

      On Saturday, May 18, 2024, I made an attempt to place an order at the drive-through of Krispy Kreme located at ******************************************. Unfortunately, there were some technical difficulties with the drive-thru intercom system, causing ****, the person taking my order, to be unable to hear me. Consequently, I had to pull up to the window and personally give my order to ****, who seemed visibly frustrated. Despite speaking with the manager, I remain unsatisfied with the responses provided. As a customer, my sole intention was to purchase doughnuts without encountering any negative or confrontational incidents with the food preparer. Therefore, I would like to address this matter with a representative from Krispy Kreme corporate.

      So for my birthday Jan 27 I tried to get my free birthday gift and when I went to the store to redeem it through the loyalty program they said there was an error and I couldn't get it because the code wouldn't go through. I contacted Krispy Kreme by the contact us website and also called the office. They put two reports in and as a I waited for it to be corrected both times it went unaddressed with no new code applied or anything. I don't live near a Krispy Kreme so I traveled all the way there to get it and didn't get anything in return. Now the new loyalty program started and I had until 5/2 to get a free glazed dozen from Krispy Kreme and I went two days back to back at 10 am and both times they claimed they were out of the promotion already so once again I didn't get to take advantage of the promotions given to me and nothing has been done to rectify the situation. I had purchased dozens from you guys over 6 times last year and the fact that I didn't get anything for my problems is not okay. What is the point of a loyalty program or a rewards programs when we can't even get the benefits from them. Again I don't live near the shop. I had to take a bus there all four times I went to get these offers and all four times my time and money was wasted. So I will not be returning to them. I rather give my money to ****** if this is the response they give their customers who spend their money's on them.

      I saw an advertisement on Good Day LA stating if I download the Krispy Kreme app I would receive a free dozen donuts. So I went online and downloaded the app and the deal was right there! When I went to redeem the deal the app charged me *****! And the coupon would not apply. I called customer service and they sent me an email saying they would be in touch the following day but they never contacted me.This is a big corporation dangling crumbs in front of people making them jump through hoops and then just a blank stare. They leave us hanging. I want the promised promotion for downloading this app.

      Sketchy advertising and therefore KK's reputation is getting tarnished on the web which is unbeknownst to you. I do not go to KK but my son asked me to because of a promotion to which one is to receive a full dozen of donuts if he joins your rewards program. The advertisement shows on his rewards account but the promotion just never went through after multiple attempts. My son is on many shopping websites and almost all of them are questioning your practice. It appears to be a repeated practice of bait and switch. We indeed did go there for an online order and we received a survey which states that a $5 coupon will be rewarded if the survey is completed. Please see an example of your false advertising in the attached snippet.

      For at least the last year, I have consistently been unable to obtain the hot now doughnuts Krispy Kreme is so famous for at the ***********, ** location. I have filed complaint after complaint on ******** when a Krispy Kreme representative always directs me to a form on their website to fill out. Ive done that, to no avail every time. Ive called the ***** number to complain, it too leads to no action by the company at the location. I called this last week (April 8-12) and was told it would be the middle of next year (presumably the gentleman means 2025) before the hot and ready doughnuts will be available again at the east ****** location. Currently, doughnuts are brought in from their sister store on the other side of ******, which defeats the purpose of having hot and ready (hot now) doughnuts.

      So on April 11 @ 7:30 pm I want to 120 GA-138 Stockbridge Ga ***** location to do business with Krispy Kreme. The front door is locked and a employee come to the down and going to till me the machine is down. I asked why is it all the time is this location be closing the door. He couldn't explain it to me at all. So I asked for a manager. He go gets a manager comes out from the back and gets stop by another employee. Then that person comes to the door and I asked why there always a problem. He going to till me the machine is down and he cannot serve me. I said the donuts right there in front of you in a glass window. He's like that machine is down I can't serve you I'm like how do you know that I'm buying something out of the glass window you just jump into statement. So he got very unprofessional and rude with me. Start saying I am not going to be buy anything at all. You white person can go somewhere else. He was a black male with a pink hat on his head. He head ****'s on that day. He claims he was the manager. I told him I am buying something out of the glass. I was coming over from the hotel to buy a kit kit doughnut. He said if you not driving then you can not buy anything and go somewhere else white men. This person was black and I felt very hurt and shameful. I feel like he was very racist. I want to be reached out by the company to talk about this problem.
