I called Hanes March 4, 2025 due to all my socks developing holes in the heals. The order item received was incorrect. I called and another order was placed but again received incorrect item, which means the incorrect item was sent twice. In response to Better Business Bureau complaint ID ********, spoke to Mr. ******* to apologize for the quality problems that we had with his recent ************************** order ********** and for receiving the wrong replacement style. As we discussed,we refunded the $8.86 on March ******* and have shipped out the correct complimentary Hanes socks that were all delivered on April *******. March 1st, 2025 I placed an order with Hanes. Paying thru ******. Shortly after I placed the order I received an email (see attachment) saying the item was not available and I was not charged. And I even contacted Hanes to make sure the order was canceled and there'd be no charge to me. March 4th, 2025 Hanes charged me $23.19 for the canceled order. I contacted Hanes demanding a refund. I couldn't get a refund because was the order was shipped. I did not place a second order. I guess Hanes took it upon themselves to place an order for me then charged me for it. And now Hanes tells me I have to go thru the hassle of returning the item for a refund. This just is not right of Hanes to do that to me!Business Response

Ordered 1 pair sweatpants on 1/28/25. At that time the website said free returns. Received the sweatpants but they don't fit properly. Today I went on the website to start a return, and couldn't do it as there is now a message saying they won't accept returns for orders made before 2/1/25. Per online chat, was told that they sent emails to customers that returns had to be made by 1/15 "due to a change in administration". I replied I did not get this email as I ordered the sweatpants 1/28. They refuse to take them back. Packing slip with the sweatpants clearly states "************************** offers free returns. You may obtain your postage paid free return label at ************************************************************." When I went to that web address and entered order number, I was denied making the return. Want to return these and get my money back! I have a payment receipt since they say they can't access their prior payment platform and therefore can't issue refunds. Please help.Customer Answer

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I still wish to return the sweatpants with no charge to me and to receive a refund, (per their promise previously on the website and printed on the packing slip that came with the pants). But according to customer service I cannot do this as the purchase fell before 2/1. This exception was not posted on their website when I made the order, and I would not have ordered if I knew I could not return them at all.Business Response

Placed an order on 12/31/2024. Returned items I didn't want in 1 package. Received return confirmation split into 2 returns $16.62 and $74.80 and received 2 emails confirming. Received only 1 or 2 return monies back into my account which was the $16.62. Chatted and called Hanes so far about 6 times requesting my refund of $74.80 and still have not received. On January 7th 2025 I place an order with ************ shortly after I placed the order I called the customer service number to cancel my order they responded by stating that it was too late to cancel the order and that it was already being shipped this was not the case they charged my card and the order had not been processed yet my order was not being shipped yet they explain to me that there was a time frame and when I had to cancel that it was 3 days I was calling within hours after I canceled later on I seen an email that stated that they were shipping my order this was 4 days after I canceled I called the company back and explain to them that I cancel that order and that I was being charged for it they told me that I had to just accept the order and turn it back again I seen an email saying that my order was going to be shipped this was 7 days after even the shipping gracing. Time I tried to get a refund for my money once again and they explain to me that I had to send the item back once again I got an email stating that the order had been delivered but no delivery has been made from that company to my residence on the date that they explained I feel like the company forced me into buying those items by charging me after I canceled there is no refund policy on the on the time frame and they're disclaimer on their website they referred me to make a complaint with ******************** since that's who owned Bali brasCustomer Answer

I placed an order with Champion on November 8, 2024 - order *********. The items were received on November 14, 2024 and did not fit. Using their return process and label, I returned the items on November 18, 2024. I received an email on November 23, 2024 that my return had been received and my refund would be processed within 10 business days. As of December 16, 2024 I have not received my refund and called Champion at ************. I was advised that my return had been received, but not processed. The person with whom I spoke (****) could give me no information on why the return hadn't been processed or when it might be. I have some brand new Hanes shirts and underwear. The quality on these items is horrible. There are broken stitches and very thin quality.I contacted Hanes to inquire about a replacement for these defective items, the lady I spoke to was extremely rude and put me on hold for over 30 minutes when I requested to speak with a supervisor. I placed an order on September 9th. Order number according the email I got is E4X001096899385 I then received an email saying there was a delay and my items may come in separate packages which is totally fine and understandable. In this email I was told a hold was placed on my card and I would not be charged until my order has shipped. I have as of the 16th of September been charged the full amount of ****************************************************************** lists as shipped, on the way or anything of this nature.I talked to am onsite chat agent at borderfree who tried to help me, but was unable to and he gave me an email to try since they do not have an international chat bot and so far still nothing. No emails, no replies, and yet I have been charged with not item one has been shipped. Items I bought because my husband and I are taking a trip and I needed the shorts and such in this order for that purpose and with it being fall... finding such is next to impossible especially in a brand and size I know that will fit. I just want my items.. a refund is the last resort but I will go that avenue if I have to... can someone please help me since no one else will? I am happy while I have finally received my purchases but I am incredibly displeased with the quality of the shorts. I knew they'd be light and thin since that is how that material is, I did not know there was going to be no base hem and all they do is keep rolling up. When I opened the package there were pulls, lose threads, they were horribly frayed and while I only paid 24 euro for the three pairs, had I paid the original price of 23 euro a pair each I'd be even more livid. I am not a seamstress. I go on a trip in a few weeks so I am really unhappy with this quality, quality I expected to be way higher from this brand as has been in the past. I will absolutely not be giving them any of my money in the future because while it may seem liker an inconsequential amount to some it is not to me.
