Sizing is off, material and stitching is terrible. It looks like its sewn together by a 2 year old. Pricey for garbage. They used to supply decent affordable underwear. Its not easy to contact this company.

Sizes for hi-cuts are not accurate. I used to buy size 10 and they fit perfectly. Size 10 is no longer available so I bought size 9. The size chart said that size 9 would fit size 14-16 pants so I thought they would be plenty roomy since I wear size 10-12 pants. They are too tight! If I bought size 7 according to the chart, I would have returned them for sure. Please make a new chart that shows the true size. If I was a plus size, none of these hi-cuts would fit.

Worst customer service in your Ellington outlet store EVER! I NEVER met such nasty people in a woman’s intimate store ever! I took my business to Victoria Secret and my Friend and I spent more than $900.00 in their store. I will NEVER set foot in their store or shop that brand AGAIN.

Horrible company (this is for hanes.com), I left a review on their website for a horrible product that they sold me. A day later I received an email that my review is not published, but they reviewed it!!!

Yesterday-Monday 7/25/2022, my mother and I shopped at the Hanes store in Aurora Outlets, Aurora Ohio. The staff was very unprofessional and rude. It was to the point they bullied my mom who was shopping for bras. She is a bigger busted women and asked for help. The lady worker seemed like the supervisor of the store. After answering my mother’s questions and smirking, she walked away with a laugh. She proceeded to walk to the cashier registers and talking to the other younger lady workers. As they all looked our way and the older lady who answered my mom’s questions, pointed back to us and they all stated laughing. In NO WAY should a women feel bullied shopping, especially in an undergarment store. We are all different sizes and in no way was this acceptable. My mom was so embarrassed. She is already self conscious about being bigger busted and this was so uncalled for. We as women should respect each other and never make someone feel uncomfortable. The ladies working should not be in customer service if all they are going to do is make customers feel uncomfortable and bully them.
