      These people have no clue how to talk to a customer. They will be completely in the wrong and blame you. They only care about taking your money which I understand from a business but you should also know how to treat and talk to your customers. Would NOT recommend going to them for anything. From just a small part to buying a bike or a car, there will be no customer service at all. Ive had multiple occasions with this business, leading me to write this complaint and go out of my way to a different shop everytime just to get treated like a person. Anytime you ask a worker a question they seem to be annoyed with you being in their store. Genuinely the worst business ive ever dealt with and have heard many stories from other that sound just as bad if not worse. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

      I found a cute car on the lot for my college daughter. Purchased it in good faith thinking it was a reliable car for to drive to college. After 2 weeks of owning the car the engine light comes on and a part is needed for the transmission. KP refuse to assist with paying the cost to get it fixed. They are liars! I am a single mother, who needed a car for my daughter and trying to get credit repaired after my ex-husband ruined it. I now have a car that cannot be driven, a car payment on a parked broken car and now I have to figure out how to get transmission fixed. They are cruel dishonest people that bring you in, get your money and signature and drop you! I truly hate I did business with Krazy Kevin Powell 5599 University Pkwy, Winston-Salem, NC 27105! I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing a hunk of junk car! And now my picture is on their wall cheesing bcz I thought I had bought a reliable car for my daughter! 1 STAR RATING IS TOO HIGH FOR THIS COMPANY!!
