Do not bring your vehicle to this dealer. I made the mistake of doing this at the end of November, 2024. My rear axle needed to be repaired, but the cost was covered under an extended warranty I purchased when I bought the car. Besides the fact that they charged the warranty company over $300 just to replace an oil seal and washer, a week later I drove out of town to visit family for the holidays, and my axle was still leaking. As it was unsafe to drive the car back to Bob King to fix their faulty repair, I had no choice but to take it to another dealership. They confirmed the rear axle was still leaking and caused further internal damage to the entire differential due to the loss of fluid. This resulted in a 3-week long dispute (without a loaner car) between the two dealerships and the Mazda Customer Experience help line. Even with fee assistance from Mazda, Bob King was still unwilling to pay the other dealership to repair the car or tow the car back to their dealership and fix it themselves, leaving me to pay for their negligent mechanic's mistakes.

My recent experience with this dealership has been a nightmare. I purchased a vehicle April 11th. The dealership did not transfer my tags as agreed/per paperwork. This caused a penalty to be issued for my plates so I requested a copy of the bill of sale. The salesman sent it over and then blocked me from emailing back. When I asked what they could do to make it right, the attitude from ******** in their corporate office was mistakes happen so a tax bill was generated that I paid and I got new plates. A lengthy process if you live in ************* and have been to the tiny license plate agency office with a line that wraps around the shopping center.About 6 weeks after purchase (new vehicle) the check engine light came on. It took them 2 months to fix the error and I had a loaner. I reached out to Hyundai about the matter and was still waiting to hear back by the time the car was actually repaired. The service manager ************************* (sp) told me that my issue was with Hyundai not them and I could either pay a rental price to keep the loaner (which I expressed was unfair as Id already been paying for a vehicle that was out of service to me and the loaner had no similar features), or theyd report it stolen. So I dropped it off promptly. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. **************** and problem solving skills are severely lacking.

I took my car in for an estimate for paint that is peeling and repair of the sunroof bug shield that had come unattached. They broke the sunroof and have not responded to my communication. I have copied the communication that was sent to them, below for your review. I want them to pay for the repairs I had to have done on the sunroof. Sent: 04/19/2024 *********************** ****************,I brought my Sonata in for your team to look at the paint peeling and at the wind screen that had become detached from the frame of the sunroof. I opened the sunroof when I arrived to show the technician the part in question. I had an appointment at 9am and arrived around 8:40 am. Your people did a multipoint inspection and tried to have me agree to several things that they said needed to be done. None of them had anything to do with what I came in for. In their process they closed the sunroof and it jammed the shield. Whatever they did made the sunroof come off track. When I got my car back, after waiting for 8 hours, the sunroof would not close. Your people refused to help try to secure it and let me leave with a sunroof that almost blew off as I was driving. I had to pull over and remove the glass to get it home. You guys wanted to charge me over $6000 for all the suggested repairs and $4000 of it was for the sunroof replacement. I took it to a shop that specializes in sunroof repairs and they have fixed it for $921. They fixed what your people messed up. I have bought several vehicles from Bob King and have had a good experience until now. I will not come there again and I suggest you offer to pay for the repairs before I take this any further. Thank you.

Brought my vehicle in for oil change and filter. Mechanic forgot to put oil in the engine and it seized . I had to demand that a new engine be installed. They agreed. When picking up the vehicle I requested the paperwork ( the repair order) and the warranty paperwork detailing who did the work and what they did. The manager ***** refused to give me any paperwork at first and told me to take my business elsewhere.. The manager said that the engine warranty belongs to Bob King and not me. Thats baloney! The worst service and insulting interaction from any dealership I have dealt with. Stay away from this dealership

Do yourself a favor and do not buy a car from this place especially the Hyundai side. Ive talk to the fifth service manager while I've had this car they can't keep help at this place there's always 6 months behind now they're denying to work on my son's car and the car has two warranties they put two motors maybe three motors in this car the motor has a warranty I bought a regular warranty extended warranty and the refusing to fix it. They worked on it over 12 times the car is the same height it was all 12 times now it's too low to work on it's their policy I asked where is policy we don't have a policy it's something I don't want to do! God help you if you get *** to work on your car or it's got to make a decision to work on your car.

Worst experience ever, in decade buying brand new vehicle! I went to buy in November 2023 to buy CX90, 2024 from this car dealership, they run my credit which is exceptionally high as a matter of fact, so I was told my General Mager that I qualify for Mazda special financing 3.7% interest rate offer. We shook hands on it and he congratulated me. Then, I was taken to financial manager office to sign paperwork. It was a dim lighted room with electronic signature screen that was small like in doctor office, then I was asked to sign that screen to download my signature. After that finance manager flashed pages and I touched screen to add my signature copy to appear. I absolutely, couldn’t see all the details of documents but didn’t have reason to think otherwise based on usual experience at official car dealership for brand new vehicle and excellent credit. When financial manager printed documents and handed them to me, I realized that they scammed me! Instead of Mazda special financing offer, they made financing through their own company and interest rate 50% higher, plus brand new CX-90 2024 was sold as used according to their paperwork and since it’s “used” I have no manufacturer Mazda warranty. When I asked finance manager why interest was so high, she exclaimed with grin on her face, “It could have been worse!” It’s unbelievable that such car dealership is allowed to do business is USA. Now, I am getting a lawyer.

This place is HORRIBLE. I was promised my car would be worked on there by a service representative. After multiple phone calls, left messages and trying to speak to other representatives, they were backed up in the service department and would have to rent a car at my own expense. The next two weeks, two technicians were sent to GA and when they return, my car would be one of the first fixed. I have rented a car for over a month (6+ weeks), for them now to tell me my car doesn’t qualify for the warranty they told me It did and isn’t being fixed. The $175 diagnostic fee would be covered as well as I would be getting it fixed there. At this time I have rented a car for 6 weeks and my car doesn’t qualify for the warranty, doesn’t say why, just mine doesn’t. I haven’t missed service (I have all receipts) never received recalls as car wasn’t registered with Kia, even though it was a CPO from a Kia dealership. The worst experience I have ever had.

NOTE: I am a FEMALE Army VETERAN who went into buy a car alone. I purchased a Telluride on June 16th. It had hail damage and 1 accident reported. The dealership agreed to fix (in writing) the hail damage. A week later I realized they had never given me the inspection info. I called them and they stated it had not been done and to bring it in ASAP to have that done. It also had 2 recalls that needed to be done ASAP. They sold me this vehicle without doing the most BASIC thing (and had I reported them they would have paid a HUGE fine to not having it inspected first). The appointment for hail damage was July 6th. When I came back the next day to pick up no one could 'find the paperwork'. I was then told that it could not ALL be finished in that one appointment. The next appointment they could get me in was 3 months later. That appointment is tomorrow and when I called this am they said "There is no appointment and they know nothing about it." Rewind early Sep when tags on Telluride expired. I called DMV bc there was a "hold" on my account. I was told the license to the motorcycle I traded into KIA was never turned in. That I needed to pay the $$ to pay for the expiration and I needed to come to the DMV and report "stolen." I called Terri (WHOM literally came to my home and rode it back to KIA the day I traded it in) and told him the plate was never turned in. He replied "that was not my job. That was your responsibility to take plate off yourself." Finally rewind mid-SEP, I realized this telluride is TOO big for me. I went to carmax to see if I could trade it in. The salesman asked me if I was ever told there was FRAME DAMAGE on this KIA? I paid 48K for it and they could only offer me 34K because of the type of accident it was in before I purchased it. I told them KIA of Winston only gave me the CARFAX report stating one accident. Kia of High Point also told me they DEFINITELY overcharged me about 7K on this vehicle and that no one ever goes back to Winston KIA. RUN!
