      There are 2 locations in Winston Salem. Both are horrible. Had a 2016 Ford Edge. Every time I took my car here there was always a overcharged bill, someone being upset with me because I was not going for them to try to constantly upcharge me or my car was not serviced whatsoever properly. This is the worste Ford to go to. If you have any other option go to the other option. I came in to have my hun bearrings checked and replaced. Ford gave me back my car (after a test drive) talking about they couldn't hear no noise or feel any difference in the drive. I told them to hop back in the car and we going to take this test drive again becayse the drive it LOUD and you can barely push the car. Only for them to misdiagnose me again and send me about my way with my car being dangerous and charged me $600 for nothing. Turns out they never even lifted the car up and actually inspected anything (I paid for a multipoint inspection as well) Tried the other one on University, and right after I got another letter in the mail about ford wanting me to sell my car to them THEY SOLD MY ******* CAR TO THE AUCTION. Ford as a car isnt as bad as the stigma is ITS THE PEOPLEEEE WORKING THERE!!! Do not go here for purchases or maintenance. My whole experience was watching them get over on the sweet older people too!! It's like a mask
