    I am a senior citizen of colour from ***********. I live on fixed small income of $947 per month which is provided by the Great people of ****** and my electric bill has been running on average $438 per month and I live a new building in a one bedroom with less than 800 square ft of living space. I asked the one site maintenance man and the office staff and they could not provide me with a answer why my bill is so high. I have also not been provided receipts for my rent which has been paid through December 2026. I am not satisfied with the management of this property and since it is subsides with public money and must provide a higher level of management care due to the age of the residents per ************ and bank rebates on building loans. I EXPECT promote changes in STAFF and attitude

    My experience is that this is a horrible company that appears to hire individuals who really do not have experience in property management. My experience is that I have lived in properties managed by CMC and have inhaled second hand cigarette smoke the entire 6 to 7 years even though I've moved from complex to complex. They stayed that their properties are smoke-free but they do not enforce the lease agreement. This latest situation at Primavera apartment, CMC president *********************** sent me a letter spelling my name incorrectly and stating basically that they had tested around my apartment and did not detect nicotine. But please note that if a house has termites would you go to the neighbor's house to find the termites or would you go to the residence of the person who is saying that they have termites? No one from an official company that has been accredited and have the proper testing equipment has ever come to my apartment to assess whether there is second-hand cigarette smoke or not.If one has asthma or COPD, please note that properties managed by CMC may kill you because of their unwillingness and inability to identify smokers who smoke as soon as the site manager leaves the complex and also on weekends. If anyone has any illness and cannot tolerate or process second hand cigarette smoke, I highly suggest that you do not move into any property owned by CMC that has in the lease that it is 100% smoke-free.Once again my experiences is that the properties are 100% smoke-free as long as management is on site.I am slowly dying from secondhand cigarette smoke living in properties managed by CMC /owned by dhic. And it does not matter which properties I move to. So far I have been to two different properties and still inhaling second hand cigarette smoke doing early morning hours and on the weekends.If you have health issues and need to live in a 100% smoke-free apartment complex, properties managed by CMC and owned by DHIC may not be your cup of tea.
