The **************** personnel were friendly and responsive regarding the error. They assured us that the debt would be marked as not owed and advised us to discard the mail. However, some people might have simply paid the bill without realizing the error. NOTING: 1 star review is on the Company, definitely not their ****************. Be cautious on randomly generated debt collection notices: My elderly parent's business received a debt collection notice with the wrong company name listed, for services that are not even provided in their area by Entergy. It appears the company uses some form of internet scanning to try and collect debts. If my mother hadn't brought it to my attention, she might have paid the bill for another business. Shady business practice for sending notices and trying to collect debt against random businesses.Online Information Services Inc

This online collections company is nothing more than a total scam, never received anything and then one day a collection showed up on my credit Karma account, This account was from somebody else over 3 years ago, and then they can just place any collection on somebody without any proof. I will fight this collection and will not be paying online collections one cent, This collections company needs to be close down, Do not pay this scab company one cent and report them, if enough people report this fraud collection company, maybe we can get them shut down,Online Information Services Inc

My son just graduated from college and is just starting out. I told him he needed to set up an account through Experian or Credit Karma. He set up an account with ********************** Karma and saw a collections on his profile from this company. When we called they were very rude, would not tell us what it was for, but did say they sent the bill to his college address that he hasn't been at for over a year. Continued to ask questions and they hung up on us. We are disputing this debt using Credit Karma.Online Information Services Inc

1 starCollecting Debt for *********** they could not locate the person they were looking for, so they scatter shot (send) collection notices to others with the same name. The hope is the person they are looking for will receive it or a relative will get it and pass it on or let the collection agency know where they are. If they send notices to 50 people with the same name how many people do you think panic about receiving a collection notice and send a check right away? The agency buys the debt from ***********. In my case *********** does not even serve our area. I called **** and they verified using my phone number, social security number and address that I have never had an account with them. They used the account number on the form to tell me the person that owed the debt had the same name as mine, but an address in another state. Please remove I have no knowledge of this account. Im not sure why this company was added to my account or who this company might be however , I do believe in my opinion this company has malice intention being that everyone has had a horrible experience. I called online information regarding a medical bill that my insurance shouldve taken care of but didnt . So my balance was sent into collections when I called online information the employee by the name of ***** was extremely rude telling me I was responsible for the amount. When she didnt know the situation after about 5 mins of her being nasty and rude and continuing to ask me how did I want to make a payment when that wasnt even the reason for me calling I finally asked to speak with a supervisor. After I was connected to the supervisor by the name of ***** she came off with the same attitude as the first employee. My whole point is just because your a creditor doesnt give you the right to be nasty and rude. I hope there will be consequences behind there actions because I do plan on filing a complaint with that company.Online Information Services Inc
