      I bought a car from this dealership, was told everything was great on it and that they even put a new transmission in the car. Get it come and there was a lot of transmission fluid leaking, took it back they stated that they fixed it, not even 24 hours later the car won’t drive over 10 mph. They take the car for a week, no loner car nothing, was told to take an Uber. After getting the car back again, the car is leaking transmission fluid again! Very large amounts, went under the car to look and I see the transmission fluid leaking from the bolts and the seals! I am not financing a yard ornament and I want my car fixed! I’ve called the manager, the service tech and no calls back! I am not going to pay on a car that we can’t even drive from 24 hours from the purchase!

      Poor customer service. By far the worse dealership I’ve ever dealt with they give you nothing but a run around and don’t stand behind their word. Definitely don’t waste your time with the accessory department or who they take their business to for work to be done #tintpro

      We put a down payment of $1,000.00, on a Chevy truck that we were told we could purchase. They were going to transfer it in from another dealership. They sent us a purchase worksheet signed with the VIN number of the vehicle we purchased on January 6. We communicated via text and phone with what seemed to be progress in getting the truck. Because of a recall that had to be repaired before they could release the truck. A month later they called us and said the vehicle was not longer available. We asked for the dealership name that "supposedly" said they could have the truck. Called them they told us they did not try to confirm this until January 31, by that time our truck was already sold to someone else. In our eyes they sold us a truck that they never even had. After this I called to talk to the manager and he never returned our call. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership.

      This customer contacted us about purchasing a Medium Duty truck. Our sales team did not have the truck in stock but was able to locate a truck that was acceptable to our customer. We reached out to the dealership that had the truck to check availability and they said it was available and not yet on the ground but was incoming. We then reached out to ***** to tell him we would need a deposit to secure the truck with the other dealer which he gave us on January 9th. We then proceeded to reach out to the other dealer to tell them that we had it sold and we weren't having a lot of luck getting in touch with them. We tried several times to confirm the deal with the other dealer but with us being unable to get a call back we couldn't ************* down with them. We took the deposit only after the other dealer told us we could have the truck. It is standard practice to get a deposit before you commit to the other dealer as you do not want to reserve a truck which makes it unsaleable for them unless we have a solid commitment from our customer. By the time we finally got ahold of the other dealer, they informed us they had sold the truck which has happened many times in this difficult inventory time. As soon as we knew we couldn't get that truck, we searched other options to find nothing available. Immediately upon realizing we could not help this customer, we refunded his money to him. We do understand *****'s frustration, we are as frustrated as he is that we were not able to help him as we had hoped. We can assure you that nobody wanted to help this customer more than we did but we are at the mercy of the other dealer when there is a dealer trade involved.
