              Dealing with this company is a hassle truly shouldnt be in business. i asked them to send my retirement check back to the origin company they sent the check to me. i asked them to reissue the check back to me they requested a form and the old check sent back to them which i did july 14th, i have had no response or check and it has been a month ive been patiently waiting but seeing the multiple complaints this is normal for them i need my check overnight so i can say good riddance to this company ********* is the amount

              What a horror story! Who runs their IT? Are they professional or a pack of untrained testers from abroad? Communication is broken, I received unsequenced, poorly thought-thru emails without products ready to be executed as instructed. Website design is dismal, not professional, and definitely not respectful of the customers. My disappointment is tremendous! The executives of Vanguard and ******* obviously care only about their bottomlines yet have no pride in their reputation. I did not ask to migrate my retirement plan but was forced to agree or take my business elsewhere. Who do I trust now? Another bunch of crooks and misfits?
