      Try to charge me for warranty work, after declined their offer on my vehicle for being drastically low. They then pulled the motor without permission, after they said they would just see why a dash light was on. Then wanted to charge for the labor and a motor. All while the vehicle is under warranty, AND they didn't ask permission to do any of the extensive work. It is a 2021 1500 ram, with less than ******* miles, they offered me at first $30,000 on trade on a $******* truck, then changed their mind to offer me $15,000 and when I declined they did all this devious activity. Corwin is doing underhanded, shady business, to scam loyal customers.

      ****** ******** and ****** ********** purchased a New 2024 Ram 3500 truck from Corwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in October of 2024.  Initially they were going to trade in a vehicle with the purchase, however they chose not to trade in the vehicle with the value given on the trade.  The previous amount given on the trade was reduced when we physically got to see the vehicle at the dealership.  It had both cosmetic damage and mechanical issues that were not disclosed by them when the initial amount was given.  Once we saw the vehicle in the condition it was in the value was reduced.  The following is information from when the vehicle was in our service department: Before diagnosing the check engine light for the customer, we received authorization to do so from *******  ****** does have an extended warranty through Fidelity.  Our process for this is to get authorization from the customer to diagnose the issue with the vehicle. We do this prior to diagnosing the vehicle in case the claim is not a covered.  After getting his authorization we then perform the diagnosis.   After we diagnosis the issue we then call in the problem/fix to the extended service contract Fidelity.  We called this into his extended warranty company.  They explained that they will be sending an inspector to see if the repair with be authorized.  The extended warranty denied the claim. They stated that this usually happens because of a lack of oil changes performed on the vehicle. This information was passed on to Austin.  So, if he wanted to fix the vehicle, he would be able to do so through us with a quote prior.

      Is anybody going to help me about the information that was hidden and not disclosed to me during my car purchase? I know the ins and out of vehicles and vehicle sales either through working in it myself or knowing people employed in dealerships. The service department did not dilligently do their jobs and aspects were hidden. The tire monitor system came on not 20 miles on my way home, it's at least one bad tire sensor. The check engine light came on the very next day. I have a code reader and pulled up the codes. What the service department does is resets the system and hopes the the dont come on when the consumer is goung through purchase. The sun/moonroof is junk. I found out going through the car wash the other day. The gears and pulleys in it are broken and it was partially stuck open at a kinked angle. In looking at the top you can see where someone chinked up the paint bad with a screwdriver. The switch even had a piece of black electrical tape over it! I tried contacting the salesman and all I got was lies and bs yesterday. I contacted the dealership through chat and was told a sales manager would call me. This is all documented. The salesman even said i had the vehicle for 4 months when actually it was almost 2 months to the day. I am disabled!! I cannot afford fixes that should have been done and were purposely hidden!

      To Whom It May ***************************     ******************** purchase a 2010 GMC ******* from Corwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on January 6th, 2024.  Prior to the purchase of the vehicle, ******************** had his son look at the vehicle as well.  The vehicle was purchased "AS IS" with no dealer warranty, as signed off by ******************** on the Buyers Guide.  A vehicle service contract was also offered at signing, but the product was declined.  Corwin CDJR does not feel responsible for any repairs on the vehicle.

       I am rejecting this response because:  The company, service department reset the computer system to hide repair issues.  There were issues also that were never disclosed during sale, such as the moonroof.  I stand by my original complaint.  S******* over good people to do business should be your calling card.  I'll do my duty as a human being and a consumer to help make sure people don't get caught into these kinds of acts.

      I purchased a Jeep for my daughter on Friday, January 12, ****. Upon arriving to my residence, the check engine light illuminated. I made contact with the company immediately. This was within about an hour and a half after making the purchase. Corwin indicated it would provide payment for diagnostics and help with any repairs, then proceeded to ignore my phone calls. The check has now cleared the bank, January 18, ****. With that being said, they have now refused to rectify the issue in its entirety and have offered $500.00 towards the diagnostics and repair. I find it ironic and slightly convenient that they originally offered to help repair the issue, then proceeded to ignore me and once the check cleared the bank the offer has changed.

      Vehicle was sold as is and he signed all paperwork stating that. After the sale we did agree to do a free diagnostic. Customer went to their own mechanic for diagnosis. We agreed to cover $500 of the repair. Again vehicle was sold AS-IS with everything stating that and the vehicle service contract was declined. We still have not received anything stating what the exact repair for the vehicle is.

      It is not right that a person goes to a well known dealership to purchase what he thinks is a good running vehicle to it having issues like this one hour after the purchase , with them saying the best help they can give you is 500 for a diagnostics test ! Which in this case the testing will exceed that amount because of all the options it could be !

      I bought a car (2022 Tesla Model Y) from Corwin Dodge in Fargo, ND on 12-30-23. They told me that they do not sell salvage title cars. The car is unfortunately a salvage title which they did not disclose. I traded in my car (2019 Tesla Model 3), which they hold now.The manufacturer will not support this car or allow me to add it to my account. The car they sold me has not been driven since the day I brought it home. It is in a garage. No money has changed hands. I still hold the title to my car and I will not sign over the title.I want them to take this car back and I want to have my trade-in car back. If this happens then, no further actions will be needed.

      Our 2014 Dodge Ram has had air ride suspension issues since the day it was purchased new from the dealer. After years of trying to resolve the issue while under warranty we were always told there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Except the fact that the air ride suspension does not work, especially during cold weather which in ************ is a big portion of the year. After much frustration and no real resolution we finally in February of this year, agreed to pay over $1000 to Corwin Dodge service dealer for a fix that they said would take care of the issue. The issue is not resolved, we still have a faulty system and still cannot drive the truck. After multiple attempts to bring the vehicle back because their fix did not in fact fix any of the issues and being told we had to pay for more diagnostics on the truck, the Service manager finally agreed to look at the truck at no cost to us. Again, the truck was returned to us with a clean bill of health and they insist that the air ride suspension is working properly. I can assure you this is not the case. Here it is 9 months later, I'm out $1000 and in the mean time I have had to cancel vacations, rent cars, and alter plans because I do not have a reliable vehicle to drive despite having paid for the truck and multiple repairs. This is a known issue with Dodge and the Ram air ride suspension. This should be a vehicle recall issue, but I feel like a powerless consumer against a big giant. They have my $60,000 plus dollars and I have a giant shiny paperweight sitting in my driveway. They either need to fix my air ride suspension issue, or refund my $1000.

      Any repair that we do here when replacing a part comes with a 2 year ****** miles warranty.  With the air ride suspension in vehicles there are many parts that operate that system.  ******** just because one issue is fixed doesn't mean that the entire system will work and we can't offer the service of not failing in the future.  What we do offer is warranty if the part does fail again.  That is on the part that failed.  If it is separate part failing that would be up to the customer to decide to fix or not.  We are willing to look the vehicle over to see what is failing at this time.  If it is a part under warranty we can fix it.  If not under warranty they would be responsible to pay for the repair and diagnostic.  Thanks!

       I am rejecting this response because:
      It is the same canned response I got from them before. The problem wasnt that they refused to honor a warranty. The problem was the gaslighting and not being taken seriously when I returned the vehicle multiple times. I did return my truck the day after I received this response and all of a sudden they are bending backwards to find the problem. And guess what the problem was???? The very part they put in in February, just like I said it was. I am just so beyond sad and frustrated that it took me filing this complaint to get my truck fixed. And we even had to spend an extra $500 on a new part because their faulty part and their refusal to fix it caused further damage to the system. I have no doubt that if that original valve block hadnt failed and I was forced to drive my truck with it not functioning properly, we would not have had to replace the rear air bag. I am thankful they offered that service at a reduced rate, but it was still an extra $500.

      Bottom line, Corwin needs to do better at honoring their warranties, listening to their customers, and stop putting profits above doing the right thing.

      I bought a Jeep Patriot that was not inspected and Corwin promised to fix it. It presented transmission problems right away and I set up a appointment shortly after buying it. It drove rough couple days after purchase and I didn't go anywhere except work. My boyfriend said I shouldn't have bought it but they said they would fix it. I was saying that it had transmission problems every time I brought it in. My mom even called a manager because she cosigned for me and they reassured her they would fix the problem. It was slipping, lurching, and not shifting gears. I brought it in on multiple occasions and they kept saying the transmission was fine even as I told them my concerns. I missed work on few different days when it wouldn't drive above 20. and made noise like cylinders were going out. I told them that one of the times too. ***** says said no code showed up any of times it was brought in and that there is no way to check it. He then asked me how to check it. I am not a mechanic but if someone describes transmission problems, you should do more than flush it. They replaced part with all wheel drive and clutch but were aware that problem was still present after that. I also complained of shaking and they never found that one of wheels had uneven wear from not being patched right away.. they never found that even when they did the alignment but was found when another place changed my oil. I don't think they checked transmission and believe they just flushed it. There were months between visits or me bringing the Jeep in but only because they were brushing me off.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      I said transmission problems every time it was brought in and it had had the same problems the whole time. I understand they drove it around a block but they asked me what they could do to check a transmission! That tells me it probably was not checked, if he is asking me me how. I am not a mechanic but people service transmissions or replace parts in them all the time. He even told me they just flushed it. If I was a mechanic, I would look at cylinders and parts of transmission if customer who bought a uninspected vehicle was complaining of gear shifting problems, idling rough, and lurching. This vehicle was never fully inspected and they signed off it was but reassured me that problems would be fixed. I should have had them put it in writing or temporary warranty but I trusted them since yhis vehicle was not inspected. They signed off on something that was never done!! Can that make my loan null?? I trusted they would stand by their word of fixing whatever was wrong or I never would have bought a vehicle that was not looked over. Seems like shady business to agree to something in person but then just keep telling the customer the vehicle is fine when it never drove completely better. Even when lurching stopped, it still idled weird and ran funny at times. I just got frustrated that people kept sending me away....

      I purchased a vehicle back in March and I have not received the title due to a paperwork error through the dealership. I called and spoke to numerous people including the general manager and titling manager I keep getting the same run around why the vehicle is still registered to the previous owner 6 months later

      Our titling manager has been in contact multiple times with the customer discussing the issues that we were having with the previous customer. She did call the ******************** today and had them place their paperwork on top and get plates for our customer as it has been over at the ******************** waiting to get processed. She did get the plates back today and we are going to *** them out today. The *** tracking number is 1Z9V07Y10335020724 and it is guaranteed delivery by end of day Thursday, Aug 4th. 

      I apologize for the lengthy process as our prior customer was unwilling to help us with our titling issue. This is not a normal process for us to go through like this one, so again, I apologize.

      I was trying to purchase a vehicle they ask me to put a deposit down to hold the truck until the paper work was done on some of the paperwork i didn't agree on and didn't fill comfortable to sign so i questioned it with the dealership and i ask legal aid they told me not to sign and don't buy the truck so i told them i didn't want the truck so they told me there keeping my deposit.
