I purchased a 2016 ****** Legacy, an all wheel drive vehicle on 12/16/2021. It has been a bad winter with icy roads. I have had problems with the car pulling in both directions when on icy roads and have to slow down to ***** mph otherwise I will end up on the ditch. I had it checked out by *************ops of Lake Park Automotive for an alignment. There was no alignment issue but they said I had 2 different sets of tires which should NOT be on an all wheel drive vehicle. I have ****** Evolutions tires on the front and ******** Eagles on the back. With speaking with other automotive mechanicals, this is a big no no they said for an all wheel vehicle and this is why I am having issues. I called the dealership and they said they have the tires have the same depth so it passed inspection and there was nothing they could do since it was past the one month satisfaction. This is a huge safety issue and all wheel drive ******'s should not have different sets of tires and they have different tread patterns and pull the vehicle in different directions while driving. I would never refer a customer to this dealership due to the lack of knowledge of an all wheel vehicle and the safety for their customers. I would also like for all who purchase from this dealership to be aware that they do not sell quality/safety but just to get the cars off their lot with regards to human safety. After thinking about what other mechanics have told me, I thought I would reach out to the BBB.
