      why can't you ************* that speak clear english to take orders. i finally cancelled my order today because i could not understand her.

      I had always had excellent service from Swanson Health Products. I have been ordering from them for over six years, not once a problem. Excellent products as well. I do not receive any spam or advertising emails either. I give them to points!

      I placed an order with Swanson health products on Sept. 6 2022. I was wondering why it took so long as it was supposed to be here by now via **** I tracked the order and *** said it was delivered. Not so - this is a false claim - I did not receive my order. I called Swanson help line and they said it says delivered but they are having trouble so she put in a request to look into it.... She also stated she would send me an email to say they will replace the order. This did not happen so I called back to check. Possibly the first lady I spoke to misunderstood me as I had difficulty understanding her spoke English. Princess (that's what she said her name was) said she would send me an email to confirm that my order would be resent. The email did not come so I called back (I only waited about 45 minutes). The second lady I spoke to said no we are not sending you a new order. She said they sent the problem I was having to some internal international agents of theirs and they should get back to me within 24 - 48 hours. Meanwhile they have had my payment since Sept. 6 2022 when I placed the order. It is now September 22, 2022. I will wait out the 24 - 48 hours and see what happens. I will place a dispute with my credit card company if they do not make good my order. 2 1/2 weeks has already transpired...I also emailed the problem and I am waiting for an answer ... .
