First impression, ***** Holweger is a good guy. Had a run in at the dr ****** with another construction worker saying he's good stuff. Found his contact on FB hiring page, and messaged him that day. I supposed from the conversation he was cordial, and responsive. He gave me a time and responded Saturday saying Sunday he would give me the address I'm working at. Next day, I initiated a back and forth with no response. Monday morning, an hour before the work day, I am told the address (what he calls job site). I said I would be there, though a dr *********** meant I would be there 9:15 no later.Showed up at 8:30. His guys were hiding from the wind and hadn't started work yet. Not sure weather they were waiting for me, or simply shirking off work. On my way back from the Dr ****** I asked if we could discuss part time. Mishaps occur, tried ardently to leave on peaceful terms.I was given a yep, and then later we never discussed I was merely given the ultimatum of working full time. I was given excuses as to why I was unemployed and that "I had it set" with him. I answered his call and he focused on one particular clause of his speech that was more disturbing that true. He told me he never gave me an address, and I said, that's what you called it on Saturday, and Monday I hear from you. So either you need to stick to your word or you just can't recall the fact that the word address is so dearly important to you. He said 36th and Washington. So on Saturday I believe he said address, which is it? I have no clue what ***** was going on about because he used the "reason", his excuse, that they don't have addresses or numbers on the side of the buildings. Okay. But why tell me Saturday it was an address, and then message me an hour before you expect ANYONE to show up.Asked for day pay, and explained, sleeping on an air mattress is better than sleeping on the ground. I've gotten nothing but I'll send you $30 ( 3 1/2 hours) in a check the next Monday.
