      Ordered a tool with battery, got the package without the battery. I reached out and they were not interested in making it right, they said return it and rebuy the tool after the sale was done. Then they responded to an earlier complaint but never followed through. Terrible company and will never buy from again! Basically robbed me of a $200 battery!

      Purchaced a few items from them, everything seems ok and shipping was reasonable (a little ofer $20). Next day my wife asks me why I was charged $248 when I told her $127. I checked my digital receipt and the shipping was not the $20 I saw before buying but $120...I called their customer support and was told they would stop shipment and cancel my order. Within 30 minutes I recieved an email saying my order has been shipped... If I could give negative stars I would

      I just checked TODAY 10/17/22 my order has not even been given to ***** yet, but when I called to cancel my order back on 8/31/22 I was emailed saying my order had been shipped.THIS COMPANY IS UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!I have a screen shot from ***** that proves this.

      PO# ******** You took my money on 10/6/22, your website said the item was in stock then. It currently says it is in stock. MY ORDER TRACKER SAYS IT STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED. Seeing as your company has stolen my money I will be contacting the ********** of ******** Affairs in my state to file a formal complaint.

      I made a purchase from this company totaling $ 147.10 after checking my account I noticed I was charged 4 different charges. I was charged $147.10 twice a charge for $62.06 and a charge of $1.00 after contacting them twice about this issue it has still not been fixed.. this was my first and last purchase from this company. Very poor business in my opinion. I'm curious how many people may have ordered from them and did not notice they were missing their hard earned money

      I started with looking up the product I wanted on ************* *************** unit) and I like and trust southwire tools. One of two websites it directs me to buy online is Acmetools.com. I purchased the tool for less than I have been able to find anywhere else. I then see on my credit card statement just a $1.00 charge from Acmetools.com. Later my credit card asks if I made a purchase from them and declined the purchase. I said it was me and attempted a second purchase but the same thing has happened. I will not shop Acmetools.com again since every other tool website has not caused such issues. When I make a purchase that is good it shows up for the amount on my card statement. There is something wrong with Acmetools.com when it comes across as a potential fraudulent charge. I have since purchased the Southwire Elite 500 portable power from technorv.com and have had zero issues with my purchase. My advise is to use Acmetools.com as a search for tools then buy elsewhere to avoid problems.

      I purchased a DeWalt edger that had a 30 day return policy. I returned the edger within the 30 days, Acme Tools acknowledged receipt of the return, but refuses to return my money. This company is the absolute worst. I will never shop here again and warn others to consider the same approach.

      Acme Tools uses shipping scams. Acme Tools list their items for sale, but does not let you know when those items are out of stock. If you order with expediated shipping, the product may be out of stock and the expediated shipping will not be applied until after their "processing times" (They have no stock on hand). I needed a part asap, used 3-day shipping, then was notified after the fact that the item was on backorder. I had to wait ~2 weeks for the item to be in stock.

      ORDER # **SSN**-******* from your amazon store, I choose the option for 16" saw with 4ah battery and choose through amazon to get faster delivery as it was the same price as your website, I got the chain saw but did not get the battery. Your terrible customer service said sorry we can't help you just need to return it and buy it again now that the price has gone up.

      Thanks for not reaching out or attempting to resolve this, I will continue to warn people from buying from you considering you see no problem in ripping old people off that have a fixed income and then ignoring any possible fixes just to make a dollar from them.

      I ordered a $2600+ generator on June 27, 2022, CC charged on June 28. Generator arrived on June 30. Good so far. Westinghouse Generator was missing bolts, not complete, contacted Westinghouse they said work through Acme. Contact Acme on July 1 and on that date sent requested pictures and info. July 6 after calling acme they agreed to a return and would send return shipping bill of Lading. Several calls later received bill of Lading on July 13. Trucking company picked up July 15. I sent Acme email with copy of bill of lading with tracking # provided by Acme's shipper. Asked about refund and to be contacted. Did not hear from Acme. Called Acme on July 20, asked about refund said that until Westinghouse evaluated generator return and condition they will not refund to my CC. 2 weeks to get shipping return, lack of communication. Feel that I have been slow played by Acme. They still have my money but they have the tracking # showing the generator is to be delivered to Westinghouse today. Amazon and other mail order companies process the return once the item shows the item is enroute to them via the tracking number. Poor customer service. I try to do business with smaller folks other than Amazon but this poor performance by Acme has made me order another generator, not from Acme but from Amazon.

This return required us to the work with the manufacturer. The item has since been returned and a refund has been issued.       I ordered a birthday present for my husband that was over $500.---Hard saved for money for me. They sent a ship notice with Fedex tracking. Item never arrived the day specified and I couldn't get info from Fedex. I emailed just to let them know that there was no tracking update info. I was told that IF my order did not arrive in 3 days I should "take it up with Paypal"!!! (I uses paypal to pay). I was gobsmacked. So, they figured that my not receiving what I ordered and paid for was not their problem??? I just never had any reputable company do this to me before. I knew then that I could not trust them and I called Paypal immediately and read them the email from Acme. They too thought it was pretty bad. They were great, and said that IF I did not receive my order within 3 more days they would personally file a claim for me, and not to worry. Acme is completely UNPROFESSIONAL, with horrible 'customer service'. I was finally able to get some news from Fedex and SUPPOSEDLY my order is to be delivered today. Despite this, this company could care less, and took my money and then washed their hands of any responsibility for making sure I received what was ordered. I do NOT recommend them and I will never order/buy from them again.

The promise date is indicated on the order confirmation when the order is placed.
