    When utilizing the business next door during 0 degree temperatures to unload a moving truck I had the other truck park outside the lot at 930p to have two more people help unload the truck faster due to colder temperatures. The business owner herself started screaming profanities at me for having the truck there. When I had them move the truck and told her sorry for the 5 minutes it was parked outside her business she proceeded to call me a cunt. Well done !

    I have cameras located outside our business and discovered a two men and a truck parked in front of our building that houses our tow trucks which are utilized for 911 first responder calls, police, and Offutt AFB 911 calls prior to that I noticed two trucks and people waiting to get into Lockbox. My assumption was that they would all pull into the facility. The property they are patronizing. I am not affiliated with Lockbox and have had to repeatedly ask for people to move to Lockbox property not Auto Body Authority. My choice of words was not appropriate, I do regret that. But I went to the party and asked them to move the truck. A man told me okay. After minutes nothing was being moved and I went and asked again. That is when I was told I could wait a will e done shortly. Bottom line this is why i have posted all over that the property they were sitting on is Auto Boldy Authority property and the vehicles will be towed. I have repeatedly requested this of Lockbox to no avail. I proceeded to back over by my open gate when they finally came out of Lockbox and the party in the vehicle pulled then in front of my open gate and blocked my entrance there. I feel at that moment i was upset enough and the vulgar language was used. Not appropriate but the property they are utilizing for storage has 5 acres of ground with building and I feel that they need to conduct their business on that property instead of impinging on ours. We have ample signage to convey this.
