              I have been reported 30 days past due to the credit reporting agencies and am requesting the removal of the delinquency and for the tradeline to reflect CURRENT-PAID AS AGREED-NEVER LATE pursuant to the CARES Act. Since the end of 2021, I have been taking care of my grandmother who is failing health. Recently, she contracted COVID19 and I was forced to take time off work to help her while she recovers. At the time of delinquency, I had also tested positive for COVID and had to take even more time off resulting in severe financial impact related to the pandemic. Please remove, thank you

              I have been a customer for many years and have had very few issues with them about my deposits until recently. I just deposited a $3500 check and it went into my account so I could pay my bills. It was there until today when they decided to pull it and put it on a 10 day hold causing me to not be able to pay any bills due. I was going to purchase an air conditioner for my house because it's over 100 degrees in my home. I have no ac. I was told I will have to wait until it clears. That tells me they can care less about someone's life. $1400 is what I need right now. But no. Too bad valued customer. You have to wait because we can care less about our customers.
