The entire team at Trademark Homes/Ideal Designs made our home building process an absolute joy—we’re already talking about building another! My husband and I moved to the area from Minneapolis in the summer of 2022. We had a clear vision for our home and some specific requests that were important to us. After speaking with multiple builders in the past, we were used to hesitation or outright refusal when it came to customization. However, that was not the case with Trademark/Ideal! They welcomed our ideas with enthusiasm and executed them beautifully—without charging an astronomical premium. Throughout the entire process, we felt like true partners in the build. We had full access to the site and were included every step of the way. The allowances provided were generous for most selections, and the level of craftsmanship was excellent. The subcontractors treated our home with care, and we were impressed by the wide range of partnerships Trademark/Ideal had for selections. Unlike many builders who limit choices, we had an extensive selection of finishes—from handle pulls to paint colors, countertops, and beyond. The 1-year warranty was comprehensive, but the most impressive part? We had almost nothing to add to our punch list at the end of the first year—a true testament to the quality and attention to detail put into our home.
