    I had an engine rebuild and incorrect parts were knowingly installed and missing parts. Technician did not advise me or call me up to tell me that he was gonna ahead with these changes with something different than what was expected and agreed upon. The engine clean up was insufficient and internal parts were rubbing against each other causing internal debrie. There was a five month turn around period. The parts that I purchased through Arnold’s that were incorrect were not refunded to me. Arnold Automotive is willing to supply the parts to make the issue right but do not want to supply the labor to install the parts or reimburse for parts that weren’t used. At this point in time, I prefer to supply my own parts and not have Arnold’s have anything to do with decision of replacement parts. I have reached out to the area manager of Arnold and also the president of the company himself with no results. No callbacks no letters absolutely nothing. I’m not looking for a free handout. I’m only looking for something that was supposed to be done right the first time. The engine is reinstalled into the vehicle and the cost to put the right parts back into the engine labor and parts, cleanup of internal engine water jackets and the parts that I try to returned. This is what I’m seeking to be reimbursed All payments on this were made upfront and on time nothing was ever late. Im a good customer and should be treated as one. I have all the paperwork with the cost of everything that I paid for and did not get what was agreed upon. Sincerely, **** *****

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Arnold Automotive is not communicating on a professional level. I’ve asked for the problem to be resolved and they have only prolonged the situation they only want to give me a partial payment that will not resolving the issue.                                

    I’ve asked for them to send the parts out directly to my location and not  run them through the local store because of the distrust. The last message I received from them was, he’s going to personally deliver the parts to my home. This seems very odd.  I do have a mailing address That was provided for parts to be shipped out to.              They will not accept the estimates that I provided for them as proof of what it’s going to cost to replace the Camshaft.  They are not willing to consider all the other issues that I had concerning the engine as far as parts and labor that was not performed correctly.  If they have an issue with the cost, that’s gonna take this issue resolved. They need to take that up with the technician or technicians that were at fault and not occur additional cost to the customer.  I just need them to hold employees and technicians responsible for this issues.  Sincerely, like to get this problem resolved.

    On the afternoon of 3/24/2024 **** ********* call and said that my parts were down there, and I had to check the pick up for encompass for the work that needs to be done and reimbursement. These parts will not be accepted by myself through the store because of distrust. The check that she was referring to was way less than it’s going to take for the job to be completed as estimates were turned in for her and the company to review. At that time she commented that she had no concerns or compassion for what is to be done concerning the issues on hand. “ She said she did not care. “        At this point the professionalism from what I’ve got from Arnold Automotive is not acceptable.
